I love how you can control it from phone iPad or Alexa, they give you a monthly report on energy usage. I do recommend professional installation

I had been hearing about the Nest for the last couple years but didn't think we needed one. After just two weeks our gas/electric bill has dropped over ten percent.

Overall good quality product. Make sure your thermostat is in a place that will have traffic, otherwise, you will find like I did that some automation features will not function properly as intended by this type of technology. Usage report could use a little updating, not too informative.

Nest was easy to set up. Installed upstairs it knows our schedule just after a week or so. No longer have to remember to adjust settings while leaving or returning.

Absolutely love my nest thermostat loves the way it knows your routine temp habits and automatically adjust the temps for you. Knows when your home or not.

So far thia thermostat has done everthing I asked it to do. I can tell it's saving me on my electric bill that is a plus.

... although the "learning" can sometimes be inaccurate. But you can always modify the schedule with your phone or on the device, and the interface is very simple.

The nest thermostat was purchased as a gift for someone else. Cannot review its merits.

Great product if you are looking for low maintenance and wanting to save on energy costs!
