    I try many different types of thermostats and Nest did a good job on this one. Easy to install friendly to set up. I would improve some features in the app to make it more reliable but at the end it's a great product.

    I have had the 2nd generation NEST for about three years now. I honestly cannot tell what is the difference between the 2nd generation and the 3rd generation. The profile is slightly slimmer but nothing noticeable other than that.
