It was nice until it lasted. I purchased this in may of 2020 and now it can’t connect to my wifi which was really the reason other than it looks why I got this in the first place. I enjoyed being able to control my thermostat away from home or at night when it got to chilly I would just reach my home with out having to get up from my bed to make adjustments. I no longer can’t do that. I called support and tried everything. They told me I would need to purchase another one since it was out of warranty. I can still control it manually not a big deal but I’m also having trouble with the display it goes blank. I tried charging it and still goes off from time to time. I just keep pushing, turning, going opposite direction until display comes back on. For the price I expected something more reliable.

Very simple setup. Well worth the money. Could be much happier with Nest!

Not sure if worth the premium price but it looks great and easy to use. Takes about a week to start programming on its own so will wait to see how that works.

Great thermostat - needs a schedule/time feature to set temps. It tries to learn, does a good job, but if not monitored, it seems to just do what it wants at times.

We installed this in December and I have been a little frustrated with it. It tries to learn your settings but every time I turn the heat on a short time latter it turns it down so that the heat cuts off. When I turn it down because it's to hot it turns it up. Then I can't breathe because the house gets to hot. I do like that I can turn it on before I get home and the house will be warm rather than coming into a cold house.

To whom it may concern: I have a Nest device that is less than 2 years old. When I turn the dial, it continues to say, “Please connect to base.” Also, when turning the dial, it then falls off at times. I am a single mother of 2 children and I ask concerned about the health and well being of my children. Can you please escalate this appropriately? Thank you, Carie Finch
