    This is an excellent device for controlling the temperature and save money. Cons: Nest app impacts my Vivint alarm app. Problem solved once the smart option from Nest app is turned off.

    Purchased this for the fact that I could control it away from home, as well as it's sleek design and appearance. I love being able to check when I'm gone, as well as adjust the temperature if I accidentally forgot to as I was rushing out the door in the morning. Significantly lowered my home gas bill

    If you have the option to buy the sensors with the Nest do it. Within a week I ended up buying them and it's so amazing. I put sensors in the bedrooms and the thermostat in the livingroom. Then on the app I simply let it know which room to measure the temp from. Its perfect for me, considering one of my bedrooms gets the afternoon and evening sun so it was literally 9 degrees hotter in that room.... I could see it right there on the app!! This way I regulate the air better in the summer and the heat better in the winter. The reason I gave it a four is because the app is not very intuitive. I'm a software admin and I even had a hard time grasping the options.
