Did not work with my system, it might be a great product, but it did not work for me.

It was hard to adjust to the nest as it learns ad it goes. Had to constantly change it for awhile

This thermostat is not worth the cost. I purchased this because there was a nest already installed, it broke, this one was the easiest replacement.

I really like this learning thermostat but unfortunately the 3rd generation has some problems. Works great for about a month but then it looses the internet conection and will not get it back. Almost like it has a defective wifi chip. Nest tech support was very good to work with and in isolating the problem. They are sending me a new one in 2 days. An updated one I hope.

Great product second one I buy. Would recommend. Can be monitored by your phone .

Doesn't always communicate with proprietary HVAC systems like certain Honeywell models.

I Will be able to set temperature from Florida, Always a worry as to what the temp is at home.

works well, uses less energy, took away 1 star because not sure if has figured out my schedule, granted it does change often.

My nest was working great and integrated with Alexa and all the bells and whistles, until my house stopped heating after a week of bitter cold. The Nest appeared to be working fine but would not turn on the heater. I thought something was wrong with the furnace and paid $100 for an emergency visit. Find out it was the guy's THIRD Nest of the day and that the cold weather is short circuiting the internal battery. I had to pay another $100 for a temporary thermostat so my house doesn't freeze and the Nest site says I will have to pay yet another $100 to install a common wire to fix what is their own design flaw. I've been on nest support for over an hour waiting to talk to someone. The site is terrible in communicating this flaw so unless I had not read about this in the news or had a furnace guy familiar with the issue, I would never have known.

Geofence is not showing us at home when we have been home for hours. Other than that, works like an over priced thermostat.

nice to be able to control from anywhere. seems to default to learning mode no matter how i adjust.

Pretty cool but can't get the internet to connect. It does learn your habits do you don't have to schedule settings.

I was really looking forward to replacing my existing thermostat and loved everything about Nest. Never installed, will return and but different unit probably Ecobee . Nest support cannot determine if this is compatible with my home heat/ac system. Several attempts with support failed..called Nest Pro who was willing to help for a service call charge. No free estimate. Very disappointing.
