My only complaint is that when the nest figures out ur schedule and when your schedule becomes different that particular day or so your heat will turn on automatically when you wouldnt or heat will turn off when u want it on.. U gotta check occasionally on your app to make sure the heat it ok!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great love the online controls... the only prob i have is the same as others have stated, it shows the set point not the actual room temp, there is no way to change it to do so. i dont care that much, but if this will annoy you then dont buy unless they have a software update to fix it. this is why i gave 3 stars.

Nest doesn't make it easy to call them for troubleshooting. They make you do all types of steps through their website and then when you say it doesn't work there is not an answer.
