At the moment, only the Nest Thermostat 2020 is one of the Google Nest products that will support Matter, which means it will be possible for our customers to control their thermostat from third-party platforms that are Matter certified. Had to pay a company to install my electric heat pump correctly to see savings of $20. Technology is great but not significant savings

Looking for more functionalities, such as, better protection code, better interface with another thermostat in the same house. Looking also for a better precision in temperature reading!

It was sold at full 4 days after it was no longer supported by Google & has done nothing but malfunction. It is under Google Nest warranty but no number or method of contact exists & now I am still paying for a thermostat that will not connect to WiFi & app. Just praying it does not go out completely with temps in the 20s right now …Best Buy should be ashamed
