Great Product

The thermostat does indeed 'learn' preferences and adjusts the temperature accordingly. Example- my wife and I were both getting hot at about 3am while sleeping. For two nights we simply adjusted the temperature down at that time and now the Nest knows to allow the temperature to go down at that time. It only start warming the house up just as I get up. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to get more control of their utility spending.

Great thermostat

But don’t let cps control it cause they will always put the temperature to 78-79 degrees in summer and you won’t be able to adjust it to what you want. Remember you control your life don’t let nobody control you.

Nest Installation

Its the best thing for a Thermostat. If you really understand how to create zones its like having a multiple unit to control the house.
