    We moved into the new house and for 1st 6months our bill skyrocketed vs what we were used to at our old residence. With the new build home we were told that our thermostat was smart - well... it pales in comparison with Nest - ever since the switch we saved more then 30% of our energy bill (both electric and gas combined). This is a must have accessory in every home in my opinion.

    Old thermostats were 3-7°F too low causing overheating, high precision Neat sensors improved temperature accuracy...over time, was able to review heating patterns and adjust where I didn't need the excess heating and bring down usage further...continue to review and adjust over time...great to keep an eye on house while out of town to ensure no freeze situation...little pricey, but great tech for an engineer!

    It’s a good thermostat pretty easy to use and set up but the automatic temp control when it learns your heating and cooling habits can be a pain

    Although the initial thermostat we purchased was faulty, it was immediately replaced with a new one. We have had no issues since the new thermostat was installed. It's easy to use, and it's great being able to control your home temperature right from your phone!

    A smart thermostat is the best addition you can do in order to accurately control your home’s temperature while maximizing energy savings. The savings since installing Nest have been substantial. The ease of use and the phone app makes it extremely easy to balance savings and at the same time maintaining a confortable environment.
