    Wish I would have bought this soon. So far, about 3 weeks into using it and I can already see the savings on my energy bill when I track the daily usage online. Will pay for itself in less than 6 months. Super easy installation, too.

    At first I thought $250 was a lot to spend for just a thermostat. However, I quickly realized it was worth it. First off, my power company is sending me a $100 rebate for installing it. Secondly, I have noticed that my utility bill has gone down. It has excellent features like the ability to control the thermostat from my phone (perfect for when I am comfortable in bed or when I have left the house).

    The nest thermostat has changed the way I consume energy and how I heat and cool my home. I'm still learning my way around it but I love that it can detect movement and when I'm away through my phone's location and stiff off any heating/air conditioning. But most importantly, I can always check my usage, pre-heat or cool my house etc. even when I'm at work or travelling.
