Saves on my electrical bill and I can see when I get the most use out of it. I did notice however that I have to place the Nest on 68-69 degrees before bed since it tends to shut off for 1+ hours after reaching the temp rather than keeping it at 72 degrees. Besides that I feel it was worth every penny!

While the wiring is straightforward and pretty simple I had a small issue with the emergency heat. Made a call to support and they were amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly and very interested in making me happy with my purchase.

However their app is having issues which wouldn’t let me finish the set up so we can access it on our phones. I have called tech support and it’s a known problem. That was about 3 weeks ago and no updates
