    We have installed these in a few of our rentals. It has saved us money every month since we bought them. Takes a while to figure it all out but very handy once you do!

    After having a 3M WiFi thermostat, an ecoBee 3 lite with 2 remote sensors, I have succumb to the Nest 3, and could not be happier. Ecobees servers were unavailable at times, and response to call for heat or cool took minutes vs sub-1 second response time from the Nest. Save yourself some aggravation, and purchase the Nest.

    We have two nest thermostats in our home and love them! The away assist help with saving electricity as it increases the temperature when you leave. I love having the ability to access it through my phone also!
