I quickly realized I should have done this ages ago - super easy to use, and most importantly, saves me a ton on energy bills!

One for each floor of our home with a thermostat. Installation was easy and the display was great. The problem was all thermostats kept going offline. We spent a considerable amount of time with Nest support and they couldnt figure it out. We even had our internet service provider come out. In the end, they never would work so we returned them.

You do not need a professional to install this. Watch a youtube video on installation first to give you an idea, shut off your electricity, remove your old device, then color coordinate the wires, and you're good to go.

It does work, but it is a real pain to adjust all the time. It is not like a regular thermostat. It keeps going on "eco" which I do not have it set to do. So in my hot FL home I come home to stuffy. Or hot at night. Wish I had not bought it. But to change is going to cost me a lot from an electrician.

The thermostat changes its temperature automatically due to some factors like, schedule, learned habits (auto schedule), and Home/Away Assist which makes your thermostat go to ECO mode. You have an option to use it as a traditional programmable thermostat. You can manually set the temperature and create your schedules for the thermostat to follow. Here’s how:
With the Nest app:
- Open the Nest app and select your Nest thermostat.
- Select Settings and then Auto-Schedule.
- Tap the switch to turn it off.
With your thermostat:
- Press the ring and choose Settings and then Nest Sense and then Auto-Schedule and then Off.
We also suggest turning off your Home/Assist, and clearing the existing schedules by selecting Settings, > Reset, > Schedule > Reset.

I leve all my air conditioners on, when I get out of the house, the thermostats don´t detect any movements so it aauthomatically thurns of, it represent good savings on power

It was simple to install and easy to program. Unfortunately we are in between seasons here in Illinois so I can't attest to the actual cost savings of the learning features just yet.

Out of box tv was damaged which he noticed right away. Went back to store for another tv and return asap. Installed new tv and did a great job. This is the 4th time I've used Best Buy's Geek Squad and recommend them.

It has a memory based on the temps you want to set it up has. We has a minor issue with the order but an online Supervisor stepped right up and corrected the problem.
