The only issue ihad was i forgot to turn off the eco mode and came home to a hot house. Great thermostat though!

Love the nest. Recently moved into a house that has two ax units. This was an addition. The only issue I have having is that the software keeps setting me away on both units even though I am home, changed my address, and have all home/away assist features turned off. I had to turn the learning off as that was causing an issue. I’m sure just a small bug that will be resolved. Love them otherwise!

I researched this device for about a year. I made the purchase when I discovered that when combined with my security system, it would give me outstanding energy savings. In just one month, the savings chart showed a large savings when compared to the area average. The Nest will pay for itself in "no time at all".

Easy to install and use!! Love being able to control the temps from my phone.

The system learns your schedule and adjust your stat accordingly. I've had it for a month and I have only made an adjustment once.

We bought the Nest thermostat and had trouble getting it to work properly by our phone app. Nest was great on helping us completely. End result we bought a new Modem and the Nighthawk WiFi from Best Buy and now out home is comfortable for us before we get home from work!

Nest its so great but whats better its the way bestbuy get all on stock and ready for my clients

One of the best things I ever bought. This thermostat will save you money it lets you know what the temperture is when your not home .It also knows when your not home and it will change your temperture to save you money. Nest give you a report each month on your energy use.

Everything about this thermostat has been helpful in saving money. First, my utility service provider has a rebate program with Nest and that resulted in an $85 credit. Then there are features on the thermostat like Auto-away that detect no one in home and saves energy by not cooling as much. Very happy with my purchase

I bought this for my father's new home. He loves it since he can adjust the temperature from his phone when he is at work or traveling. Much simpler than traditional thermostats.

The installation and set up was very quick and painless. We love the way the product looks and it's functionality. We also received a rebate from our utility provider that helped to subsidize the cost.

Replaced a thermostat in my apartment that I felt was defective. My gas energy bill went down half of what was the previous year with the old thermostat.

The installation process is pretty easy and the instruction is very straight forward. The thermostat gives my house a modern look and is very easy to operate. And yes it does save some energy.

The online information for set up and determining system compatibility was useful. It’s an easy install. I don’t like the mounting plate (needed so that I didn’t have to do a wall patch), as it is a different color than the decor I chose. It doesn’t have a “circulate” function like my old thermostat, but there are enough added features to compensate. (The green recommendations are nice.)The iOS app allows some additional customization.
