I've been contemplating purchasing a smart thermostat for several years. I rent an apartment in an older three family home with an oil burner and radiator system. This combination doesn't really give me the best heating efficiency for my money. I installed the compatible Nest thermostat and now I can turn on the heat precisely from my smart phone saving me money while not wasting fuel. The Nest thermostat is a good reliable unit and has been working flawlessly for me this winter. Wish I went with my instincts several years ago I would have more money in my pocket.

Super Easy Install. Our 3 story home stays at an ideal temperature now with the addition of 2 sensors. The efficiency is also second to none. This is my favorite thermostat, ever!

This product comes highly recommended and rightly so. It is so easy to work with and to read. The thermostat is easy to learn how to use it and it works very well.

Got to make sure you get the right one, i originaly got the cheaper on and it wasnt compatible with my system

I researched a lot of thermostats and asked professional HVAC people for their recommendations. They had a variety of recommendations but after reviewing features and price I went with NEST. The excellent installation support was a pleasant surprise!!

I love this thermostat. It is lockable so kids can't mess with it and i can monitor the house when I go on vacation. I love the heat and cool option so I don't need to remember to turn it from Heat to Cool.

Getting this thermostat will pay for itself and then some. Get rebates through your utility companies, and it may be close to free. Plus, having the convenience of changing your thermostat from outside the house doesn't hurt.

This is a must have especially in an older home that is not as efficient as a newly foam insulated home. The thermostat help me monitor people moving temp during the day and allow me a tool to review usage patterns. The programming feature is top notch.

I haven't had a chance to hook this up yet, but it certainly looks like it was worth it.

This thermostat has made it so much easier for me to heat and cool my house. I use the heat/cool mode so there's a range so it decides if it's too cold or too hot. Plus, I'm saving money comparing to my old programmable thermostat.

I 'm glad I made this purchase and it very handy to use when I am away from home.
