Great and integrated to nest app. Light is not overpowering at night which is great!

My wife initially questioned by spending a premium on a smoke detector. Between the easy set up, the ability to monitor with an app and the motion sensitive night light she even agrees it is awesome.

I already have a NEST Thermostat in my home and LOVE it. I'm slowly turning my home into a "Smart" hub - this was a no brainer to replace the old, annoying SMOKE-ONLY detectors in the home. Set-up was easy, took five minutes each. My wife loves that the ring lights up a soft white at night to use as a nightlight. Would highly recommend. Pricey but they're worth it.

Integrates into the Nest/Google ecosystem perfectly. Setup took 5 minutes, same as other Nest products. Lasts for 10 years as well, longer than standard detectors.

Aside from the regular smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, the Nest Protect announces the alerts clearly making it easy to understand. It also features a motion sensing night light that is great!

I have replaced all my smoke detector at home with the Nest Protect. The ease of use of this product is amazing. I am a Nest supporter, to have all devices on one account is perfect.

I bought a bunch of these for my house and am very pleased. I love that all devices speak to each other. Easy to control from your phone.

I have the nest thermostat and nest cameras, and it's cool how they all work together. If gas is sensed, it'll turn off my furnace. I like the built-in night light for the hallway detector. Works well.

I already have a Nest thermostat so adding these smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were a no-brainer. Very straight forward install. Those that fear technology can do it in my opinion.

setup was easy, works right away... nice feature that it warned me before it went off as i was smoking up the house cooking. no blaring siren, as i got the chance to let it know it was ok

It is smaller than it looks in pictures--much closer to a standard fire alarm size. Set up was so easy and I love the device.

I had smoke detectors throughout my new house but they were cheap contractor products. I recommend Nest because you get dependability and easily connects to other Nest products.

The Nest Protect is one of the most expensive, but also one of the most comprehensive, of the smart smoke detectors we've tested. Not only does it pick up several types of fires, as well as carbon monoxide, but it also does the best job at alerting you of the danger. And, it works with a wide range of smart-home products. So, for example, you can set your Philips Hue lights to turn on automatically when the Nest Protect goes off.

Works well. Added this to a few I already have installed. Only complaint - there are no drywall anchors with the product.

The nest is easy to install and energy efficient. The best feature is that I can control the nest from anywhere I may be. We also have the nest protect, which is easy to install and use.

Very easy setup and add to the Google Home app. Love that the until will confirm the status at night when you walk by (good to know before turning into bed).
