Easy to install (how does Google find screws that don't need anchors but hold so well in drywall?) and does exactly what I bought it to do: warn me about smoke and Carbon Monoxide.

Great product with excellent connectivity via the Nest app. All alert notifications are sent straight to your phone to keep you up to date on what’s going on at home even if you aren’t there!

Super easy to install, the twisting lock makes it super easy to access the batteries. The pairing for multiple nests was a bit finicky since I had to reset one of them to get them to pair, but they work great now!

This alarm is the next generation of alarms. Get notified of any alerts to the phone even if outside the house. Auto monthly check. Comes with 6 super long lasting batteries. Many great features.

Easy to set up and test. The alarm is loud and understandable. There is a difference in alarm between the smoke and CO alarm. The software automatically add te device to the Nest application. Also I like how the device lights up the hallway when i walk through.

MUCH nicer looking, easy to use and easy to understand-- all things you never find with dated CO detectors. All of this holds true for smoke alarm feature, too. Notifies you via smart phone if there's an alarm. Nice!! I truly rest better knowing my kids are protected by Nest.

This might seem pricey for a smoke detector but its worth it. If you have ever set off your alarm because you were cooking something smokey you'll know what a nightmare a standard smoke alarm is. With this one you can just tell it to chill out using the app on your phone/tablet.

Love this as a replacement for the traditional smoke detector. Tested by accident when my steak smoked on the stove and received a warning, easily silenced and received another notice when it detected smoke was clearing. Very happy with this purchase!

I love nest products. They are easy to install, easy to set up, and work great. I replaced this product with an old detector. I placed it in my daughter's room, and it has worked like a charm. I also have the thermostat and move it. I plan on getting the NEST cam for the man cave.

Great product and integrates easily with other Nest products. Extremely easy to set up. When I was through I looked back through the instructions to set what I missedbecause it was too easy!

I have several Nest Products and they never disappoint. My wife fist said why Nest and why so much - when i told her all about it she liked it and then when i said it will notify me when it detects smoke when we are not home - she loved that.

We were so happy with the first Nest Detector we bought, how easy it was to configure with the app (after watching the video, do yourself a favor and watch it first). We now have a house of detectors and like the feeling of knowing everything is safe and sound when we're away.

It was super easy to install and i believe it works. Thankfully i havent had smoke or CO in the apt to test it.

We picked this up to replace a basic smoke detector. What really sold us on it was that if there was an emergency while we're away but it's also nice that we can silence nuisance alarms and the integration with the rest of our smart home stuff is nice.

Love this device! It alerts you when there is smoke or Carbon Monoxide in your house and will even turn off the furnace automatically if you have the best Thermostat. Also has a motion sensitive night light.

I purchased a few of these devices for my home, and I am happy with them so far. The set up took minutes, and the intercommunication between the devices is key for alerting on different levels of the home. Also very convenient to receive alerts see battery life on my phone.

I love the way these work. The nightlight is good and the verbal warning is very helpful. Reminds my wife to turn on the kitchens stove fan when cooking. I love it. Very easy to install

I just installed this in my son's nursery - to go along with the Nest camera - and couldn't be happier to be able to check my phone at any time to see that everything is normal. Best of all - if you get more than one Nest alarm - one alarm sounds them all if anything's wrong.

This is such a well thought out and smart device for detecting smoke and CO. And, that i can control it from my iPhone is fantastic. I purchased 2 battery operated and 2 hard wired versions. They were a snap to install. I'm a very happy customer and user of this Nest product.
