Love this entire system! So convenient with our phones.

I have many Nest and Google products and the Nest Secure works very well just like the rest. It is very easy to setup and connect with the app. Works well with Google Assistant. Adding additional sensors is easy. I also like that this security system gives you piece of mind, without the money service fee of other systems.

Easy to install. Love the plug and play aspect of the nest system.

The system works great! but, could be better. Its a real fight to get it connected. But once its connected it works great! Just make sure that the device it next to the router.

I live nest, and own all their products. This is a simple security system that offers a great level of security to the house. In combination with the locks, cameras and doorbell, it just a works all in one pane of glass; the nest app. I will stick with nest.

Its ok but once You get into subscriptions it gets questionable bang vs buck. Usually to feel really secure, you need to buy a lot of those sensors.

We had a little bit of trouble installing one of the sensors but now that everything works I’m impressed. The alarm works even if your dog is at home which was a plus for us. The light on the sensors is something we really like. Overall great product!

This product is very easy to install and use. It is great for security, and the alarm is loud enough to be heard from everywhere.

I own numerous Nest products and have been happy with all of them. I was hoping this one would be no different of an experience. Sadly i was wrong. The physical design is sexy. Love the compact base station. Overall fit and feel of products is awesome. Absolutely LOVE the sensors. Built in motion detectors give much larger motion protection than standard systems. I leave for work early so the ability to temporarily disable a door sensor when i leave is wonderful. The app is functional and very easy to use. Setup could not be easier. Where this system falls apart horribly is in the software/ programming. My complaints appear to be common with many previous buyers from nearly a year ago. The issues have not been fixed so i have concerns that they ever will. The base station is quiet when giving alerts such as door opened etc. so unless it’s placed VERY close to your bedroom, you’ll never know your door or window has been opened in the middle of the night. Zero chance if it’s a floor below. Everything has a delay?! No matter what setting you’ve put the system in (arm/ home, arm/away), all doors, windows and motion gives a delayed alarm. Wonderful to know a bad guy will have 30 seconds to do as they please in my home at 3am before my alarm sounds... this setting can be changed however it changes it across the board. So if you choose a lower setting like 10 seconds, then you’ll be sprinting from the front door to the control panel every time you come home. Side note, why the heck is there a delay on a motion sensor activation when set to arm/ away? Pointless other than to give bad guys a head start. They can easily fix these issues with firmware updates, however their responses to these exact complaints have shown a higher interest in preventing false alarms than being a protective device. I’ve returned my purchase. Perhaps with the next generation I’ll be interested again, but for now I’ll stick with my regular alarm system.

I set up the entire system in about 15 minutes. It is so easy and everything worked as advertised. The motion detecting capabilities are excellent. I haven’t signed up for professional monitoring yet but am seriously considering it.

Doest the job and easy enough to set up. There're many options but this is easier than ADT and the likes.

It definitely helps with peace of mind, but I think it would be better if there were other motion sensors available instead of the one on the base station.

I would really recommend this product, so far I have no complaints about it, it works perfectly....would recommend.

Lacking some bells and whistles - but Google did it mostly right here; why did they discontinue?

Intelligent design with plenty of accessibility options. Sensitive, but customizable and monitors movements well!

After having tried two other systems and giving up on them due to very spotty performance, I tried again with the Nest (I already had Nest outdoor cameras running). Besides the ease of setup, it just works, flawlessly. I never have a concern (as with the other products) that the base or sensors will disconnect from my home network, that the batteries will drain too quickly, that my cameras won't work well with the rest of the system, that I'll get false alarms, etc. My only complaint is that the sensors don't look great in an older home. I have dark stained door and window frames, and wish that they came in other color options. I do understand some of the complaints about no option for an immediate alarm to sound, but I like the fact that I have some time to disarm before the 85 dB alarm goes off.
