We ended up returning this because there was an issue with the volume, but purchased it a new one from Nest. It's so nice to heave peace of mind that your home is protected. I love being able to control the alarm from my phone.

Pretty easy to install and set up. Internal battery is nice. Keeps running even if unplugged. No complaints so far.

Easy to setup and easy to use. Three modes of security. Sensors are easy to install and and attach to doors. They will also scan a room when placed in a corner. Integration will Google home app and Nest app.

So far so good, we love the neat system in our home. Easy to set up and expands to the needs of your house. I even retro fitted sensors to my garage doors so I know if one is left up or opened when I’m. Gone.

Set up was easy and it’s very effortless to use. Range on one sensor is a bit weak and goes offline often.

Needs more components for the Price they ask but good value overall. Easy setup for everything. Have notice connection problems only when it updates but it does tell you what to expect in the manual manual and help support.

We got this to protect our home and it does so very well along with our cameras it work's great.

Glad I invested instead of being stuck with a contract from the other kind. Definitely worth the buy easy and quick setup and you can monitor however you want. I have it setup with my hue and other nest products. Great investment.

Neat has got it dialed in when it comes to their devices. Easiest setup and functionality I’ve ever experienced. Bought more motion sensors and the coverage is perfect. Thanks Best Buy and Google Nest

This system is a good, economical security system. It has the flexibility to set it up the way that makes sense for our house. It's intuitive to set up and use. Peace of mind without breaking the bank.

Nest Guard is probably ways ahead of their competitors. Too bad they don't produce this anymore. The Nest door sensors with motion sensor built in is an awesome feature.

I love this product. It is sleek, easy to install and works well with our thermostat. Awesome, especially when you want to cool the home before arriving home from work.

We added the secure security system with door sensors to our current system. The Nest security system works seamlessly with other Nest security options through the Nest app. This is a must for any household.

Loving it so far. I have the thermostat smoke and carbon detectors plus IQ indoor and outdoor everything works very well and no monthly bill unless u want cellular back up and more days of video recording.

It’s loud. Alarm has gone off multiple times with false alarm. I even had Nest specialist walk me through. Something they didn’t include is The rules and regulations of this device. Make sure it is legal, and needs to be registered in your city/state. I had no idea and my nest secure got legal fees. I returned. I spoke with Nest and they told me they are having issues with this.

Was able to get this up and running in a matter of an hour. Instructions on the nest app are very verbose and easy to follow. Security made easy and at an affordable pricing.

The Nest starter security system is a great beginning entry into securing your home. It comes with the basic essentials: a Nest hub, two sensors to protect doors, windows, or other entryways, and two tags for arming and disarming alarms on the fly without a password needed. Power cables and mounting equipment are included as well. You also have the option of adding more to the system as needed. The sensors act as both a binary alarm (open/close detection) as well as a sort of motion detector, as the sensors illuminate when it detects movement - a nice little extra when navigating in the dark. These sensors can be adjusted for sensitivity too, so my cat wandering in the night didn't constantly cause alerts. Setup was fairly simple after installation and downloading the free app. You can also temporarily disable single alarms using the tags. It provides a short timeframe to access a protected area without triggering the alarm while keeping other areas armed. I'm surprised at how often this function was utilized and it was very convenient to access with the tags and with the app. Currently, the provided equipment only covers the front and kitchen rear entrance of the house, but I'm confident in it enough to add more Nest sensors to the system going forward. Coupling the minimal design with a user-friendly, no-frills app creates a product that is both accessible and customizable. I really like this product as a starter to a bigger, more robust security system. Get this product with the intent of investing into it more in the future and you will enjoy the safety and security it provides.

I like this produce; however, it only has three modes (off, home and guarding, and not home and guarding). You can only change security settings on the latter two. That's fine for the most part. One thing is Google stopped making this product and I need more than the two nest detects it came with. They are apparently making more detects and will be available in Dec. 2020.

Easy to install. And so glad to find have a 24/7 monitoring service my home for only $19.99 a month. And that alarm is super loud. I great addition to keeping your loved ones safe and your valuables secure.

Since the sensors and the base also act as motion detectors you dont really need to have too many to cover the whole house... the Nest app is great with the thermostat and the cameras
