This is a great addition to the nest thermostat, it works flawlessly and provides added flexibility to finding the perfect temp in your desired room.

Located it in upstairs master bedroom and programmed it for temperature sensing at night WORKS PERFECT! Because it’s a nest product, it was easy to install and program

Product is great and was easy to setup on multiple NEST thermostats. Bedrooms at far end of house at night get 2 degrees colder than main house. For 1 month the remote sensors take over 2 thermostats starting at 9pm and ending at 7am. Night time sleeping has been much improved, especially waking in the morning. The third sensor is used to control temperature in home office. Has not seen any use to date. Only draw back is you are only allowed control during 4 time periods. Morning 7-11am, Midday 11-4pm, Evening 4pm-9pm and Night 9pm-7am. Would like a feature to customize these times.

Great temperature sensor. But thats pretty much it. Easy to program to Nest Thermostat setup and install. But for the price I guess I expected a little more. It is what it says it is, a room temperature sensor no more no less. No humidity or occupancy/motion sensor. You can use it to prioritize the temperature of a certain room but as far as I can tell you can't use it to activate smart vents or dampers. I would suggest taking a look at the ecobee sensors or another brand if you want more options. But if you just need a temperature sensor these work just fine but not worth $40/pc for what it does, maybe $20 if you can find them at that price.

The location of my Nest thermostat is not ideal. Using this sensor can i have Nest use the temperature from the main room in my house. Super easy to setup and use.

These work in conjunction with the Nest thermostat. Like other thermostats, thermostats only gauge the temperature from where they're located. These sensors can be placed elsewhere around the structure (home, office, etc) and will let the thermostat know how high or low the temperature is away where the sensor is located. For example, place one on the 3rd floor because the closest thermostat is on the 1st floor. That way, the thermostat can know to stay on longer heating or cooling the structure until the 3rd floor comes to the right temperature.

I have two of these in my home one for the downstairs and one upstairs. They are easy to install, easy to operate and make it easy to control the temperature in your home when you are away!

These sensors have helped me find out the temp in certain rooms of my home. My children’s room gets hot during the evenings so my thermostat always cuts off due to the living room cooling down faster. This sensor lets me keep the air on until the room reaches the temp that I set my thermostat to. The cool thing is that I can set the time of day that I want it to do that, which is the evening when it heats up the most in that room. The 3 pack of sensors that I bought allowed me to place more in other rooms to make our home temps more comfortable.

This sensor is easy to connect and works great for sensing temperature but thats about it. It does not have motion sense or humidty sensing like some other brands. Unlike other brands you cant do much with this sensor such as averaging the temperature from multiple sensors or creating custom sensor schedule. If all you need is a temperature reading for an area or a simple sensor schedule (baked into app, no customization) these are great.

Real easy set up for a second thermostat, you can set you nest to heat or cool your upstairs at the temperature you want during the night hours. Was a great addition to my Nest.

These are a neat accessory for Nest thermostats because you can place them in different areas of your home (or wherever your Nest is deployed) and have that particular area be the master of the Nest as pertains to specific temperatures in that zone. We have them in a few different rooms and can, for instance, have the AC or heat set to react to the temp in the bedroom when we go to bed and then revert to the Nest thermostat in the morning, etc. These merely extend the level of control your Nest platform has overall. I recommend these. (And yes, for those who are not certain, you do need to have a Nest first - i.e. they will not work standalone.)

Used with Nest Thermostats. We had balancing issues in different rooms. It helped schedule temperatures in different rooms. Pretty accurate.

Nest does it again. Their technology is awesome. My wife is ecstatic now that we can set the temperature in our bedroom while our thermostat is in the kitchen. Its accurate as well. A+

This was so easy to set up and connect to other Nest products in our home. I love how I can now ensure that baby's room stays the perfect temperature, and I can control it all from my phone.

This was a great addition to my Nest Thermostat! Small enough to be unnoticeable, but works great in keeping other rooms at the temperature I like apart from where the thermostat is located.

works perfectly and super easy to pair with the nest thermostat have it in the kids bedroom right next to her crib to make sure it doesn't get to cold in her room mounts anywhere

This was simple to install and it allows us to control the temperature in our bedroom where it used to always be cold. It is easy to control in the Nest app.

This device allows you to set the location where the thermostat will calibrate temperature. It works well and temperature appears accurate but it is overpriced.

We have these around the house in different rooms allowing us to switch the heat control to where it's needed - the room we are in! Works great and easy to setup.

This was an excellent addition to my Nest thermostat, because the idiot housebuilder located the thermostat UPSTAIRS, with a temperature difference of usually 4-5 degrees from downstairs. Since the master bedroom is downstairs also, there is no reason the thermo is upstairs, and temp fluctuations up there wreak havoc downstairs. With this sensor, we now have accurate, reliable temperature feeds for the thermostat.
