I added this to an existing to an older Google wifi setup I have. The fact that it’s backwards compatible is great. It’s also very easy to install using the Google home app. Just plug in the power cable and internet line to this unit and it’ll broadcast the signal to up to 4 other units around your house. Just make sure they’re not too close to each other, but also not too far. The other ones just need to be plugged into power outlets. I now have wifi in every corner of my house plus the exterior perimeter of the house for my security cameras.

I had google Wifi and for the most part it worked pretty good. I would occasionally lose connection on the far side Camera. I installed the new Nest Router and used the 2 Google Wifi as points. I can't begin to tell you how good it works now. No issues what so ever.

We live in a 2 story house and have this upstairs in the living room. Signal reaches out to the back yard, front yard and down stairs as well. You need need a modem as well to use this. Also love that I can control everything from the app on my iPhone!

I purchased this one for a friend. I have purchased the previous version, or google wifi and it works great and it is still in use. This one is great, purchased three for the required coverage, but only one was used to provide the required coverage.

I was already using one of these as a router but I bought this to pair with it as a range extender. The results have been excellent. it is pricey compared to other range extenders I have tried but the vastly superior performance has justified the cost.

Just what I needed to improve my signal strength and keep all my smart home devices connected. I recommend this to everyone. All the routers provided by your ISPs are trash, this should be the standard.

This master router works well for amplified WiFi signal we coupled with boosters of the same series across our home and offices. We got this model as the previous one was weaker and had signal interference with other devices which blocked the signal on a specific type of smart TV we had.

works great, both by itself and in mesh format. easy to setup. runs multiple units (35 plus) at one time with ease. my wife even likes how it looks (no ugly antenna). i have 600 download through comcast and ill usually get 660 or so through my pixel 4.

It easily connected all my nest products but one smoke detector, while my previous router struggled and I spent hours and hours trying to connect all my devices. It also put my children on a separate subnet so if they get a virus it doesn't affect my computer's.

The Google home app makes using this router very simple. The speeds are extremely fast (I use Fios gigabit connection) and it's the fastest wifi I've ever had together with this router. Plus you get to save money on ISP equipment fees.

Nest WiFi router I’ve ever owned. Was having major issues with the cable company provided router and thought it was the service. Purchased this Google Nest WiFi and have had reliable blazing fast WiFi ever since! Easy to setup and use!

Upgraded from the router provided/installed by our IS. Since installing Nest WiFi, our internet range and speed has improved significantly. We only have the router , with no access points installed. Would highly recommend this router for an easy upgrade.

Google Nest wifi is easy to install, great to use for those hard spots in the house that do not get good wifi. Highly recommend for any home network.

I added this to the router with 1 point bundle as I needed to connect my security camera base via an ethernet cable. It was super simple to add to the existing setup and works amazingly well!

Have 4 of the original Google mesh units. Started a new network using this new router - no. issues - setup with straightforward and took less than half an hour. Took awhile to reposition units for best coverage. Well worth the cost and effort.

So easy to setup. And the auto updates make it a must for anyone who just wants to plug in and forget. For those who don't the app allows plenty of customisation. Sign strength and speed is excellent (assuming you have the right speed plan).

After reading several reviews decided to insert the Nest WiFi router into my existing Google Wifi rather than add a new Google Wifi Access Point. It worked perfectly!

My wife and I just moved into our new place and the router is too far from the family room so we got one of these. Not only was it just plug and play but the google home app gives you stats and notices when your internet is down. Best purchase ever

Easy to use and so far it has been great for my wifi. I have a Google phone and it was extremely easy to pair the two I just think the cost was a little high for what you're actually receiving.

I upgraded my current router. I have had cable internet for about 2 years now with what I thought was a fast router. I pay for 200 mbps but was only getting about 40 on average. Installed the mesh today and haven’t experienced less than 175 mbps!
