Easy setup to replace my existing same model router. Might be a new firmware or something, because the signal strength has improved significantly over my old same model router.

With all the streaming devices we needed more. We have had this for about 10 months now. Started with the google add on and realized after the fact it only works with google nest. Purchased the google nest. It was pricey. It seems ok. I wouldn’t say great. After reading other reviews we kept our old Netgear as well hooked up. At times we have intermittent connection and dropped connections. I’m not sure if it is because of multiple streaming devices including Roku or not. I had higher hopes for the google nest. We have google minis which we love. There are some positive features with the ability to have a guest WiFi. It is a nice design. The app is not the easiest to use to set up multiple devices (multiple tries). Overall I will rate 4 out 5 stars-it works.

I already had google wifi mesh router, but the nest has a better range and coverage. With all in the family working from home, broad coverage is helping kids school and work both efficiently.

Excellent coverage and very easy to set up. This unit covers the whole house main floor and basement rooms over 2700 square feet. A good buy that we use on over 8 pieces of equipment with no issues.

With easy setup and excellent range this is one of the best routers I’ve purchased. Also integrates nicely with Google Home app. I’m an IT professional but you don’t have to be one to set this up.

I've had this router for about a month now. Easy install (although you have to download Google apps & give them the keys to the kingdom). Early on the router randomly dropped some of the connected devices but it resolved with a router roboot. Since then smooth sailing. I didn't buy any extenders and have strong signal thoughout my house and into back yard. The real differentiators for this router, however, are the features. Particularly the ability to restrict specific devices from access during specific times. It also made setting up a guest network really easy--something I've been meaning to do for a while but didn't want to have to figure out. So, even though I paid a premium for it I'm generally happy.

I finally have a no WiFi dead spot house hold from the basement to the attic and everywhere in between. I can stream my videos and setup my Rokus anywhere. Superb range and speed. Way to go Google!

Works like a charm in a nice, compact design. I miss Apple routers but this little orb gets the job done. Covers 2,000 sq feet nicely and best of all, no speaker/microphone. Well worth it.

I was a little hesitant to buy this product because it was a bit in the pricey side but it’s worth every penny! Not only do I get a strong internet connection in every part of my house but I also get a strong connection in the backyard! It’s also great for when you have guest over because you have the option of creating a different wifi network for them. But what I absolutely love is being able to pause the internet on a certain device which helps a lot when theirs a certain someone not listening due to being online. I simply pause the internet from that device and once they are done with their task( chores) I’ll would simply unpause it. 100/10 would totally recommend

I have a 2 Nest router mesh and 2 google wifi routers and together they are working perfect. No dead-spots anywhere. And the configuration options were very easy!

I was skeptical because it didn't look like a traditional router; however, it has pleasantly surprised me. Easy to set up through my Samsung phone and so far has performed above expectations.

Fast speeds and easy to setup! Really love how small it is and that it's easy to hide. Don't like clutter!

Easy to install; quick connection and drives wifi throughout the 2000sq house with 5-8 devices using wifi at all times without slowdowns or dropping of services. Highly recommend.

Serioulsy i was so sick of constantly fighting so called top notch routers. Bought this thing and never have an issue. Cannot recommend high enough.

Two years ago I purchased 3 sets of the Google Mesh unfortunately it got broken and out of warranty. However, I purchased second one because coverage is good and user friendly.

This thing is fast! My internet is rated 100/100 and I’m hitting over that. Cable guy said if I direct connect to it that it may increase by 30%! It’s a nice stylish, sleek design.

I highly recommend this if you have an existing google mesh system. It made a big difference. Before the upgrade, I saw Cox gigs last speeds that averaged in the mid 600Mbps. After the upgrade (and changing nothing else), I am consistently seeing low 800Mbps. The installation process requires you to factory reset all of the mesh points in your system and then relink them. This takes a while because each mesh point takes 10-15 mins before it fully registers the reset. Even with the time consuming installation, it was worth it.

I setup a new modem along with this, which made the process a bit more difficult. Overall though, easy enough to setup and it links very well with other Google Smart devices.

I have had this system for about 2 weeks, and it seems to be ok at this point. Not sure how it will be in the future.

I purchased these to cover a house that was struggling with the ISP provided router. They are easy to setup and work well without interaction/intervention.
