Unfortunately, the speaker on the phone broke within the first week. On the upside, Google was quick with a replacement. Other than that hiccup, the phone is great for a great price.

I bought this as a gift for my wife to replace her iPhone. I liked the size but after using it for 15 days she decided to return it and pay the restocking fee. It just didn't feel or work intuitively to her.

I wish I could say something nicer, but in the end, this is an average device at an average price. Nothing that sticks out, positively or negatively. If I hadn't gotten it at such a good sale, I would likely have returned it.

DO NOT BUY! They lie about quality of item

I purchased the highest-tier quality (open-box excellent) phone from the bestbuy used options, and in the description from BestBuy themselves it says "comes in original box with accessories and documentation" but when the phone got here the side of the box said "good" which is two tiers below "open box excellent" and came in a third party box with NO accessories, just the phone and the phone itself was scratched and in poor condition. No problem, I said, I have on my receipt that i purchased a phone of a different condition i'll just drive to the store and exchange it. But when I went to my local store, they refused to do an exchange, and wanted to charge me a restocking fee for THEIR MISTAKE! I am just so disappointed and I'm not getting my money back for the restocking fee, I think this will be my last purchase from bestbuy. I cannot believe such a large company would treat a customer so poorly for such a trivial matter that was their own fault. It's the principal of the matter, the money doesn't matter as much. Stay away from buying phones or big purchases from these people would be my advice, you're better buying from ebay at least they actually pretend to care.

Pros: 1. Very good camera, Works in low light. 2. Water resistance 3. Always get latest firmware 4. Slightly cheaper, so money maters Cons: 1. Battery life, way below expectation. 2. Plan vanilla flavor of Android is not user friendly. 3. Google Assistance not work as well as Iphone Sri. 4. Since you are using Google that means you and your data is Google property and it open for sale by Google to any one who is willing to pay price.(Another words : No privacy. which you wont get on Iphone as well).

Having some minor issues and could not get everything to transfer from the previous phone. Some features work differently from previous phone so it may just be user issues.

Just got the phone yesterday. The phone itself is OK, but I'm really disappointed with the speakers--even at moderate volumes, they crackle with both music and podcasts. A google search reveals this to be a common problem with the pixel line. I should have done more research before buying as I regret purchasing.

Be very wary upon this purchase. This phone has been having issues with speakers that can only be fixed by getting the phone replaced. Best buy cannot replace it. You'll have to go through this whole process, pay postage and be without a phone for 5 to 10 business days. I've only had this phone for two months. I suggest if you decide to purchase this device, get best buy coverage. But at that price point, you might was well get a different phone all together.

The only good thing about this phone is the camera. I'm very disappointed especially since this is a Google device. The operating system is mediocre and needs more work. Sometimes when I look at a slideshow in Instagram it won't swipe properly. I often see multiple photos merged together on my Instagram feed. If I'm searching for something on Chrome and select it to open it up in an app there will be an error message.

Had to go back to correct info incorrectly transferred. First time the employee was to busy selling product to listen and do the transferred correctly. The second time the employee tried to brush me off and was so to busy with anyone else who interrupted, to finish helping me, had to get pushy with him, on verge of asking for manager. Prier to this experience, was was pleased with the geek squad and other sales people. Will think twice about going back there again. .
