Do yourself a favor don't buy this phone. Overall I like this phone but it constantly goes on mute during calls. I haven't found that there is any fix insight. If you search the web you will see this problem being very common. So if talking doesn't matter then the phone is fine but if you need it as a phone don't do it. You can't say you were not warned.

Had a very bad experience none of speakers are working and call audio is not working.Did multiple trouble shoots but none of is workin.

The amount of time to recharge battery was very slow

This phone has so many options.I dont use makes it hard to use

Was not impressed with my Pixel 3a...just get the 4

On order haven't gotten a chance to try this new Pixel 3a.

Its a good smartphone but the battery is short 8 hours.

The ringer and speaker stopped working after 2 months. I started using the phone late January by March it no longer rings or I cannot use the speaker. My previous pixels camera stopped working.

We bought this phone and had speaker problems from the beginning with crackling at high volume. We returned the phone and got a replacement. It too had speaker issues with the same problem which was fixed with starting in safe mode then going back to normal. After a month, the speaker gave issues again. It now doesn't ring through the speaker and you can't hear anyone through the speaker during any type of call.

The speaker has static in it when it is on the highest setting. We are not able to hook it to the TV or computer monitor with an HDMI cable. Very disappointing!

Garbage phone over heated within 24 hours got hot enough it shut down. Still got charged a restocking fee to return a broken phone

It worked great till Mar. After that when it is on speaker especially video calls, unable hear voice. It started with voice crumbling, slowly voice got reduced. Is there any known issue with this model?

They said condition was "excellent" with all accessories included, but the box was marked condition "good", and was missing the user manual, quick switch adapter, and sim change tool. Without quick switch adapter, it is a PITA to migrate all my stuff from my old phone, so I really cannot tell if the phone works or not yet. I will have to order an adapter on my own.

I bought this phone on Thanks giving deals 2019. Phone got Hardware issue with in 2 months. Lets see How Best Buy reacts to this... I will visit them Tomorrow Will post their response.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.. within 2 months of use The sound stopped.I do not get any sound on any calls, if i happen to hold the phone when the phone arrives and answer it ,I cannot hear the person speak at all . There is no sound when I try to play a video. So basically I cannot talk to anyone , nor can I Enjoy videos ...This phone is a nightmare... I called the customer care and they are like you need to contact the company directly ... on contacting the company I have still received no response ... kindly help...

Bought this so I could send it to Nepal.. but when it was used with sim from there it said sim is not compatible... I have other friends who bought the same phone but it works in Nepal so can’t be the issue with SIM. Contacted Best Buy support they said it’s ok unlocked not sure what to do now..

Phone was great at first however after a 2 second dip in water it was done for good. With the water resistance rating as high as it is it should have been fine.

Would give this phone 5 stars for its great photos. Unfortunately, it has crashed 2 times since I've had it (only a month) and have had to contact customer support and factory reset it each time. Google's customer service claims that I modified it, but I didn't. Then they told me that I should not install any apps on it. Why would I pay to buy a smart phone if I can't even install an approved app from the Google apps store? I've now been told to take it to an approved service agency to have them replace the motherboard.
