I was an android user, since I was 18 and payed my phone bill. I always loved the features and options with android os. Eventually I got a new job with no signal in the building. I had to switch to an iphone. Recently I decided to look at my other options. I bought a galaxy s10 and didn't like it. I was used to more pure android devices. So I returned it and went back to iphone (XR) Then about a week later google announced and released the pixel 3a. As soon as I saw that the price was only $399, and had the same rear camera, I was in! I went to the bestbuy in Columbia. I was so happy that they had 2 in stock. So I purchases the pixel 3a, unlocked in white. While the phone is not made out of class or metal, it does not feel cheap. I am so impressed with this device. It will get 3 years of Major OS updates, something you dont usually get on a price at this point. I love the pure android experience and the camera is amazing. This phone uses a snapdragon 670, which I was nervous about. But it runs fast and smooth. The display is a 1080p resolution and looks fantastic. Its a higher resolution display than my $750 iphone XR. All in all I would recommend this device to someone who is looking for a great phone for less than a flagship price. I love this device, takes me back to the days of owning a nexus device! GET ONE!!!!

I like the phone and its features. However, mine has a problem with phone calls; it will sporadically go out to where the person on the other end cannot hear me but I can hear them. I would see about exchanging it, assuming I got a lemon, but there is no receipt sent with the phone. very frustrated.

Loved this phone until it suddenly stopped connecting to the mobile network last week. Can't get it to work ,and Google won't do anything since it's two months past the warranty expiry date so I'm left with a brick. Gonna try a MOTO G8 now, never buying Google product again.

Ordinary budget phone, +ve only abt the camera AI.

Screen is not bright, design is same old, resolution is poor

I bought an open box pixel 3a excellent. The phone was in a mobile network, so I couldn't bring it to my mobile company. I returned the phone to a store near me and got charged $45 restocking fee. what the hack! I will never buy anything for bestbuy any more.

It is very compatible and fast but the speaker broke down in a month from time from purchase. My brother was listening to music when all of a sudden the speaker broke down and started producing distorted sounds. It's been the same ever since.

considering it's lasted us almost 4 years now despite having been released a few years prior to us purchasing it, it has kept up with the advances over the years and hasn't presented any issues. and we used it for calls that lasted hours, mobile gaming, usage out at the beach in the hot sun. just get a good case and it can handle anything else along the way (i've dropped mine a few times lol)

I had been using the Pixel XL as my phone for nearly two years before I bought the Pixel 3A. I bought it since the Pixel XL was starting to show signs of age, specifically with battery life as it didn't last a full day anymore. So, I picked up the Pixel 3A up during the promotion they had during launch, and have loved the phone for the past few days that I've had it. It's a great size for me, the screen is crisp, and the upgrades that the Pixel 3A has over the Pixel XL (especially in the camera department) made the purchase especially worth it for me. For what you get for $400, I believe that the Pixel 3A is one of the most compelling phones in the sub-$400 price point. There are drawbacks compared to a flagship phone, such as a Snapdragon 670 instead of a Snapdragon 845 or 855 processor or a lesser build quality, but these sacrifices in the name of cost savings don't make the Pixel 3A half the phone of the Pixel 3.

Forget voice mail. The microphone is so terrible that it is impossible to listen for messages. Sounds like a 1930's tuna boat last at sea in a hurricane through a ham radio.

I am supposed to receive a gift card with this purchase which I didn't received even after 6 months called around 6 times to customer service but this irresponsible service just made me loose hopes

Poor quality. If Best Buy were open, I would return it. It is the worst phone I ever purchased. It does whatever it wants to when it wants to. Not an easy phone to work with.

Bought 4 google pix phones online found defective - very low volume tried all options could not fix it. Stores wont exchange them.

I had a bad experience with mobile usage. It stopped working after a month. There were ringtone issues I faced from the beginning. I don't recommend the product.

No ring and no notification sound after updating to android 10. The speakerphone does not work anymore. A lot of other owners complain as well online.

I do not recommend this item. Calls were constantly dropped and wifi calling never worked. Terrible product.

Phone was listed to work on my network, it doesn’t. Which wasted a bunch of my time. Thanks Bestbuy for getting that detail wrong.

This stands nowhere when compared with iphones, got multiple issue like speaker, display etc... within a year

Total cost of phone is not $229 its $269. So just check with your network provider before you buy this phone.

Not user friendly. where is the "message/voice mail" switch?
