Returned the phone

I liked how it would automatically tell me what song was playing around me without asking. However, no matter what I or the employees of best buy tried, the phone kept dimming after 10 seconds. We tried everything. I wasn't going to to keep a phone that I constantly needed to tap to wake it up. Yes we tried sleep inactivity settings and smart lock. So I returned it and tried another. Same problem. I ended up getting an Xperia by Sony. Not what I was looking for. Very disappointing experience overall.
