Bought this phone as a gift. They loved their pixel3a.

I had high hopes for this phone but when I bought it. They were shot down , the camera is great but beyond that it's really a bummer. Sadly I had it longer than 14 days so I couldn't return it so I put it on Facebook for sale for 75$ lower than price I bought it for and sold it. I took the loss so I could buy another phone. I bought the Moto G8 Power. Way better. Way better.

It's the greatest phone I've ever owned highly recommend it for anybody who's not an iPhone person

I upgraded from windows phone and it was smooth but couldn't transfer Whatsapp backup. Whatsapp doesn't support this.

This was an easy purchase I made on-line and the picked up at one of the Best Buys near my work. It was seamless and super easy to go pick up. Very helpful.

Purchased this phone . Phone works great however when we picked up this item the seal was broken and plastic sleeve had been previously removed. Phone was also previously set up as it did not take us through the new phone set up phase. This was an open boxed item sold to us as non open box. When I said soemthing about it to the best buy rep we were reassured that it was only opened to check the color - seems sketchy. However decided to keep anyways.

so far the only negative we have experienced is the fingerprint reader is very temperamental. Everything else is fine it will just take some getting use to.
