Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the Pixel 3a XL's camera quality, describing it as outstanding and still good even in 2024. They also appreciate its affordable price, long battery life, and user-friendly interface. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the limited storage capacity, lack of wireless charging, and choppy speaker audio at high volumes.

If you're looking for a mid-grade phone this is your ticket. You get Google's latest software before anyone else and the hardware is very reasonable for the price. You can expect good pictures and amazing call quality as well as a snappy experience for a cheap price tag. This line might just give one plus a run for their money.

This phone is amazing, especially for being half the price of all the top smart phones out there today. One thing I can guarantee is that this phone has the best camera on the market! One thing most people don't even talk about in any reviews (& it's the most important thing if you ask me), is the reception & is the volume loud enough when in conversation, and this phones passes both with flying colors!!!

This phone absolutely rocks. For the money, you will not find anything larger, faster, smoother, or with a longer lasting battery. The camera is still awesome too. I am glad I listened to my gut when I decided for this over the Pixel 4. I'm sure that phone is amazing too, but if you don't care enough about all of those extra features you may not use anyway then go with this. Hands-down.

So first off this is probably the fastest phone I have ever owned. I have had Samsung Galaxy phones, a Motorola Z3, etc... But this one takes the cake. The camera is good, if you're someone who is super into photography it might not be right for you but for general use it's great. Battery life also doesn't give me any issues. I've went from 5am until midnight on a single charge with moderate use.

Want the Pixel Experience without paying a premium price? The 3a series is a great way to have access to call screening, and advanced assistant feature and the full Pixel Camera experience with unlimited full resolution back up to Google Photos ( this was the last Pixel to offer it). Plus you get a headphone Jack, so easy interface to audio equipment and no need for new headphones.

I have the slightly smaller version of this phone and when my mom saw the pictures I was taking with it, she fell in love. It was a perfect Mother's Day gift, and the long battery life has been a huge plus. My mom migrated over from a Samsung phone and while the interface was only so slightly different, she has had no real trouble figuring things out on her own.

Great phone Switched from old Apple 6 plus. Quicker than old Apple. No delay taking pictures. Great pictures. No delay receiving emails, running apps. Better ergonomics. Volume switch location and finger print reader are awesome for right hander. Location of finger print reader, easier to open phone when running. Great for sub $500. Hard to justify paying $1,000 for a phone.

I love iPhones but these new Google phones are awesome. I still use use my iPhone 7 plus some times because I refuse to buy a $1,000 phone. I love the 3aXL. Great price, nice looking screen, super fast charging, and fantastic camera. The battery lasts a long time too. Night pictures look amazing. Best camera on any smart phone hands down. If you want an Android get a Pixel.

So far, very good. I'm still learning how to set everything up (i.e apps) to my preference. There are so many options and sometimes that is confusing to me. I really like the bright and clear photos. I also like squeezing the phone and getting info immediately. I like the ease in setting the alarm. It's a neat phone and I appreciate not having overlays like on other phones.

I had an LG phone prior to this and it does not even come close to matching the Google 3a XL in terms of speed, looks, and feel. This phone runs very quickly with zero lag. The camera is impeccable and is unmatched for this price point. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an upgrade from a cheaper phone, and even honestly a more expensive iPhone.

I decided to try out the Pixel 3a XL to see if I would like it better than the iPhone. I been debating on trying an Android for awhile and this one was a good price and reviews were really good for it. I am glad I gave it a try, it is a nice change from the iPhone. Now to say is there stuff I miss on the Apple ecosystem is correct but if I ever want to go back I can. But right now I love the camera, the screen, the ability to custom it more and the most is the Google Assistant. That was the biggest reason for it since I have Google Home and have really liked it. Everything is synched a lot better and just runs smoother. I may upgrade when the Pixel 4 comes out since now I know I do like this set up or try another phone.

I purchased this phone to replace a Pixel 3 XL phone I dropped one too many times. With the caveat that I wouldn't consider myself a power user, I haven't noticed any differences between the 3a XL and it's more expensive sibling. I love the camera on this guy, which is, AFAIK, the same camera as on the Pixel 3.

I was looking for a replacement for my Note 3. I've loved that device for 4+ years and was worried about not enjoying the taller skinnier phones available today. What I wanted was a quality camera, battery, and screen. The Pixel 3a XL brings all those to the table, and more! It quickly loads apps and executes searches. The night photo capability is stunning not to mention the daytime steez. I am so far (10 days in) quite happy.

I love my google pixel 3a xl. Just absolutely love it. Camera is amazing and the price is great too. I got $100 off during black friday so the phone was $379. I like the finger touch on the back of the phone and I love how easy this is to use. Go android!

It's not a secret that the Pixel phones have the best camera when it comes to mobile phones. But some people like me could never afford it because of its steep price. The Pixel 3A is the way to go now because it gives you the same camera but at a very affordable price.

Overall the phone isn't bad. Camera: 10/10 Performance: 8/10 --- it does lag of you have too many apps open Battery: 11/10 --- it excesses my expectations. I don't have to charge it for over 24 hours with mid-heavy usage. Overall great decide for a great price!
