Pixel 3a XL does not have LED indicator light

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Pixel 3a XL is a big and nice looking phone, but the sound quality is terrible, so you cannot hear the caller when you hold the phone to your ear...you either have to use speakerphone or ear buds to hear phone calls. The main reason I returned the phone was the lack of a LED indicator light to indicate if you have a new message or it is being charged. After hiding the LED in prior version of the Pixel, Google eliminated it with the Pixel 3 series.
