Great camera and no issues. I had the original Pixel and this is a huge upgrade.

Love my new Pixel 4. I had the 2 before and it started to get slower and not work so I upgraded and I'm so glad I did. I had a problem with the original one I bought but Verizon shipped me a new Pixel 4 and I haven't had any problems since. Not sure if the camera quality is as good as they claim it to be but I just use Snapchat to take my pictures.

Overpriced pixel device. Battery life is horrible. Lack of fingerprint reader means biometric unlock is by facial recog which in the age of covid sucks and almost useless. Redemption comes in that it's a pixel and will be supported for 2yrs.

Had a pixel 2...the 4 is much quicker....no complaints so far

Android OS 11 is fast, intuitive, feature packed and easy to use. I like the facial recognition better than I thought I would. The battery life is better than expected, lasting all day without much difficulty using dark theme. I haven't explored all the camera features and settings. At this point I am very satisfied with this smartphone.

The pixel 4 has gotten some serious backlash for having a short battery life. For this reason alone I opted to return the phone. I would consider purchasing the Pixel 4XL. The battery lasts twice as long as the Pixel 4 according to test results.

I bought this phone for my wife using store pickup. When I got there, they couldn't actually locate it. However the salesman, I believe his name was Christian, went above and beyond to get the order fixed. They never did find it but they substituted it for another color and allowed me to keep the same promotional price.

I have had a Samsung for years but loved my daughter's pictures from her google pixel phones. Thought I'd try one since she loved hers and was on her 2nd one. I love it. The only thing I haven't been able to figure out is how to get my personalized ringtones and notification sounds to work on it.

Had to turn off all the "new" features just so the battery could last a bit longer then 8 hours. If you need an all day battery this is not the phone for you. Otherwise it's another good but not great phone from Google.

Eh, I miss my Samsung. I was really excited to get this phone. The picture quality was an upgrade from my old Samsung, but my old Samsung was old. It's glitchy, though. Doesn't always respond to touch, doesn't keep the lock or wake controls I set, internet shuts down. They did an update a couple months ago that I absolutely hate. The phone's become mercurial. It use to be easy to take a screenshot or to move between open windows. It is not the case anymore with their convoluted changes. Just because I leave an app open does not mean I'll be able to get to it when I want. Just because I close an app doesn't mean it'll sincerely close, either. Pretty disappointed.
