Needed a new phone. Wanted to stick with Android. Read a million reviews and this one, although not perfect, consistantly ranked on top. Best Buy was one of the very few locations it was in stock Fasy delivery.

Great hardware and features. Android 12 is awesome! Price is a great value!

BTW yes I actually have the phone in hand! All in all it's a good phone for the price. The transfer of files from my old phone was seamless. Despite the bulge of the camera in th back it doesn't give you that bulky feeling in your hand. The display is sharp, scrolling and processing is fast and for my usage, my battery life is great and lasts me the entire day. The only complaints that I have are the camera quality could be a tad better, and the fingerprint scanner is hit or miss - sometimes it can take 3-4 tries before it recognizes your print (also points deducted for having it in the middle of the phone screen). Also it seems a lot of the phones are no longer coming with charging blocks so just a heads up on that - kinda makes you miss the days of Samsung where you got a full charger and headphones. Speaking of headphones, the sound quality of this phone is phenomenal and the speaker phone is loud haha. I use the Galaxy buds and it connects quickly with no lag. Finally if you have a Google home and TV (like I do) you will find yourself like a kid in a candy store (note though- you can't screenshare on certain TVs - it wouldn't pick up my LGs but connected quickly to my Hisense and Philips) If you are balling on a budget but need a great phone this is it!

First time buying an unlocked phone. Got though the transfer and activation without a hitch. App and data transfer was awesome.

It was for my daughter to upgrade from a Pixel 2 XL. So far so good as there was no complain from her :-) Quite frankly, it was quite an upgrade from the Pixel 2 XL!!!

Would love to be able to review it-- but I have yet to actually RECEIVE my phone. Bought it 11/6 and I'm beginning to think I'll be lucky to get it by Christmas. I'm aware it isn't Best Buy's fault but I'm hoping Google will see this and do something to try and amend their supply chain issues. That being said, I'm excited for the phone but I really did make a mistake buying it this soon after such a botched launch. I would recommend the phone-- but at this rate you'd be better off waiting until the next new shiny toy comes along so this one isn't so hard to get your hands on.

I got this for my 16 year old son. He lives Xbox so I wanted him to enjoy portability to the max with Xbox game pass. This device doesn’t disappoint.

Google pixel has been my go to phone since the 3 XL. I switched from apple and couldn't be happier.

It's the kind of device that makes it a pleasure to use. All well done, nice to hold and has a very comfortable screen for the eyes.

Love the phone. Coming from the iphone 5s this is an amazing upgrade. So far after a week I don't have a single complaint.

Hated this phone. The fingerprint scanner was trash, the features, like voice snoozing the alarm never worked. No alert slider, camera was OK. Pictures looked similar to my Oneplus 8 pro's which is not bad, but didn't live up to all the fanfare. Just disappointing. I've had Google phones before that were excellent. Loved my Nexus 5X and 6P. This phone is a step backwards

Very good phone. Lots of new features. A little expensive but I think it is worth it.

Great phone for the price. Get all the specs for a premium phone
