This is a great phone. I'm a Samsung guy normally. I wanted something different, i decided to try this pixel 6 pro out. It was a bit of a learning curve, but now that i figured out everything, i love this phone. I'm actually thinking about a 2nd one for me business line. The camera is outstanding! The phone is fast. Good battery life. I talk about 9 hours a day straight on this phone After that the battery is still around 45 to 50 % I have no complaints about this phone

This will be my almost 30 day review. When I purchased this phone I noticed that it had a few hiccups here and there as far as lagging a bit. (Before update) Camera: the cameras are fun and easy to use for the average person that just wants to point and shoot. Battery: The first few days were (meh). But after about a week the adaptive battery I guess that’s what it’s called learned the way I used the phone it quickly adapted and I could get the phone to last me all day. (Based on my usage). The only thing I really use my phone for is phone, text and YouTube. Display: The display is beautiful for what it is no complaints there. Software: Now the software has potential to be great. I will say that after the updates I really haven’t experienced any of the issues as far as the phone lagging like in the beginning. The phone is now snappy and fun to use. Fingerprint scanner: A lot of people were complaining about the fingerprint reader being slow. It doesn’t feel that way to me. Yes it’s not the fastest but it’s def not slow. But I guess there’s a difference between my slow and other peoples slow lol. Overall: I’m happy with my purchase. I watched a lot of YouTube videos of people bashing the phone but I decided to go and read average buyers reviews. I saw positives and negatives. I decided to give it a shot for 14 days to try it out myself. So far after the update I’m happy with my purchase. If you’re thinking about getting this phone I would try it out yourself.

Bought this on April 2022, phone still holds pretty well for an "older" device, photos look stunning and device hasn't slowed down at all.

A really fantastic phone! I thought it'd be stupid preferring this over an iPhone but I was wrong! Infact, the night photography, display and the battery life is way better than an iPhone in my opinion. You obviously get the latest Android updates... Could be a little buggy at times because of this... But nothing major. Overall, I love this phone and am really happy I bought this!

Upgraded to this from the s9+ and everything has been great so far. Battery life is much better, the camera is much better in comparison especially in low light, and it's obviously much faster. The camera doesn't compare to an actual camera body sure, but it's really good for something you have with you at all times.

It has a lot of potential but some quirks about it that makes it a little awkward to use. It's fast, has a long battery life and a lot of memory for storage. It's very sensitive so it clicks on things you might not have wanted to. I was on a phone call one day and next thing I know while on the call it dialed a Google Duo call to someone else. I'd also like to be able to use maps in my car without having to turn off BlueTooth since it won't play through my car and when I have the settings set to not play on BT it still won't allow any sounds unless I disconnect it every time. Still a better option than the other mainstream phone companies.

Super solid phone, love the Pixel seires. Cheaper and better quality than the year equivalent iphones for sure. Helps me with my work/life calendar as well since it syncs multiple google accounts, so I can make sure all my schedules line up

This was my first pixel phone and it was very buggy. Like a lot of other people have reported. It was the 6p version and I think it was more of software glitches which are too numerous to mention. I wound up breaking a screen and getting a pixel 7p which also had some glitches but has performed better.. Tensor chip is okay but not on par with some of the Samsung chips

Love all the camera features and clarity which was my main reason for this purchase as well as the price in comparison to other big named brands. So many other features to learn, it's overwhelming for the tech-dinosaur that I am!! lol. I do miss having a regular back button and wish the texting entries displayed the time per text. My only real complaint was the transfer of info from old phone. My contacts are terribly scrambled now and most of my calendar events are missing. This may be a different issue not this phone as I have yet to inquire about it.

This phone almost pulled me from my iPhone. Great photos and the software experience was smooth. The Pixel is always one of my favorite Android phones. I didn't experience any of the issues that I've seen mentioned online. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth worked perfect, no system crashes or other concerns. I love the 4x telephoto camera and timely software updates. Hoping that Google extends their OS updates at least an extra year to match Samsung. The display is not as bright as my iPhone screen but is perfectly adequate in outdoor settings.

Always love getting android updates as soon as they air and having a phone straight from google gets you exactly that. With Android 13 customization is super easy and software almost never fails Cameras are amazing, snappy 120hz displays is a nice to have specially paired with a 1440p display.

Unbeatable camera, nice design (although I ended up ruining that by putting it in a plastic case), regular updates/fixes from Google. I loved the Pixel 4 with its optical zoom, and this is the first phone to bring that back. I'm not thrilled with the 'regular' and 'pro' versions, as the only way to get the feature I really wanted is to go pro. I'm glad they brought the fingerprint sensor back as well. I hated face unlock. I know some people like it, or the feel it's more secure, but I just really prefer to use a fingerprint for biometrics. I will say that I preferred the sensor on the back of the phone rather than the on-screen sensor, but I've gotten used to it. Battery life is great; it easily gets through an entire day, and often more. Charging is very rapid. Otherwise, it's everything you would expect from a modern flagship phone from one of the leading manufacturers.

I received the phone quickly. It appears to be new. No smudges scratches and so on. It's taking a bit to get used to a Pixel, after using iPhones and Samsungs for many years, but it seems to work great. Make sure you get a good case, as this is a slippery phone.

pretty good cam and I am stoked on that, even the zoomed in pics look pretty good, the video recording is decent, the screen does look nice in a 120hz OLED package and for the most part it is great phone, but there is a glaring issue with wifi calls/texts, basically it only works 20% of the time (and yes I have researched this and it is a problem with this model) and this is a big one for me since the data at my house is non existent, ive tried everything from a to z and this model just sucks at it, there is some bugs and sometimes the notification sounds dont wanna work properly, good specs and feel and looks but after this phone being out over a year you would think that all the bugs would have been fiixed through updates, sadly this is not the case and I assume that this model has something inherently wrong with wifi calling since it hasnt been fixed, if you dont need wifi calling to ever work, than this phone should be fine, there is just alot of bugs for a phone thats been out a year, guess its not one of their better models

    This VS. Oneplus 9 pro

I bought this and a oneplus 9 pro. I ultimately ended up taking this phone back. Theae phones ultimately were close, but the oneplus 9 is cheaper. The oneplus 9 pro has a better fingerprint scanner, double the storage, an alert slider (you'll miss it if you get used to it as I) more customizable software (able to reverse back and recent button a la Samsung), super fast charging. I showed my wife the screens, and she actually preferred the screen on the cheaper device than this phone. But, I believe this phone is crisp and nice. Performance of the custom chip on this phone isn't up to par with the snapdragon 888 on the cheaper phone. However, this was a hard decision based on only 2 reasons. Pixel is awesome at voice recognition. You can dictate paragraphs and the chip or algorithm will get it mostly correct with punctuation and all. The oneplus isn't even close.if you do OK Google stuff a lot, you might prefer this. The camera on the pixel 6 is better than the oneplus 9 pro. The camera on this thing is better than the oneplus 9 pro. After updating to the latest software, the difference became less pronounced. This is when I ultimately decided that the comfort features of the oneplus 9 pro edged out o. The pixel 6 pro. You can't go wrong with this phone, but you have to decided if you want better performance and more space at a cheaper price, or an excellent voice dictation and marginally better photography.
