It is a really good phone for the price point. The only issue I had with it was during video calls it tends to get hot sometimes. Software-wise sometimes it has minor glitches like the back button not working, camera going black, but nothing too crazy. Camera quality is really good in decent lighting conditions. At night the pictures are more grainy than I imagined, but it still does a decent job. Overall, satisfied with the product!

Get the Outgoing Models Open Box in September

Definitely get the open box. I paid $330 for a pixel 7 open box (128 MB version). The Pixel 7 gui is better than the Samsung or the iPhone in my opinion at a fraction of the price. Get the outgoing version in September or October rather than the incoming model. You'll get a phone with very similar performance at a fraction of the price.

Upgraded from 4a5g that was having problems. Picture quality and editing features are fantastic in this phone. Data transfer and store was seamless. Had small issue for first several weeks after purchase, needed to restart my phone every several days in order to make or receive phone calls or messages. Issue seems to have resolved itself as of writing this review. Not sure what the hiccup was. So far battery life has been more than adequate for my purposes.

I had an issue with phone not charging after it got very hot , I was using it for GPS and music. Google had it replaced. Otherwise best android experience. Had some bugs , they seem to all be fixed. Camera quality is very good. I tried using it as a webcam it worked brilliantly.

You get a really decent phone for the price. Battery life is good especially in standby. Google call assistant and pixel specific features make it extremely useful with answering systems and the like. I expected the camera to be better to be honest -I feel like iPhone and especially Samsung still have the better quality here. But considering the phone is 1/2 the price of a new iPhone or S23 I think you get an absolutely great deal.

Overall good. I'm just not fan of the backside. It's so slippery. I couldn't talk on the phone and hold it with my shoulder without a case. I cannot put it on a flat surface - it's always trying to slide somewhere. From tech side it's good

I've owned 3 pixels over the years, and I'm least impressed with this one. The on screen fingerprint scanner does not recognize my fingerprint. The face unlock doesn't work most of the time (the pixel 4 honestly did quite a good job at the face unlock). I'm almost 11 months in with this phone; no updates have fixed the issues. Pixels have been known for their cameras, and yet the 5 and the 7 do not work hardly at all in low light (especially when it comes to video--both rear and front-facing cameras). None of my pixels have ever connected well on 5G (the phone will show 5G connection, but the internet will never load. And while 5G expands in my area, it's becoming increasingly difficult to actually have service for things I need to look up or directions or whatever. Also, it boasts a long battery life, but I have to plug mine in at least twice a day just to keep it functioning.

Upgraded from a Pixel 3a and very happy with the software the easiest transition of data I've ever experienced on a phone. I like that all the environment stays the same and simple. The only thing I am getting used to is the camera since it has more power and sensor, it seems to be more tricky to use to get the amazing photos I am used to take with my Pixel phones.
