Bought the phone before Italy trip and what a lifesaver it was EXCEPT that you need to bring a quadruple batter backup if you're walking/driving around Italy all day as the maps app uses a TON of battery ... but the maps app worked great except in Venice and the photos app ... amazing ... along with the TRANSLATION app integrated into the phone is awesome

I absolutely love this phone. I've been a long time fan of the Google pixel phones. I purchased the very first Google pixel phone that came out and I remembered loving it so much. I went away from pixel/amdroid back in 2021 to get apple a shot. I didnt enjoy the Iphone personally, so I was excited for the announcement of the Pixel 7 Pro. I purchased both the Pixel 7 Pro and the Google pixel watch. Couldn't be happier!

I really wanted to like this device but it is a major downgrade from my pixel 3a XL in a lot of ways The battery life is absolutely horrendous, it drains at a rate of over 1% per minute doing nothing but reading in a web browser. This phone feels like it weighs 5 times as much as my Pixel 3a XL yet it still manages to get less than 1/3 the battery life. This phone also gets HOT HOT HOT. I guess that would explain the battery issues. They obviously don't know how to design a processor that has TDP worth a single F. Another major problem is backwards compatibility I never experienced this issue before until now. I have a few apps that will not install at all on this device, even with sideloading. Android 13 security is extremely overzealous and prevents you from installing older apps And they are planning to make it 1000x worse in Android 14. I have apps that control devices that are hard wired into my walls that are only a couple of years old that I can't control now because the phone will not let me install their apps, not even through sideloading which they are planning to block almost entirely on the next version of Android. Also Google still hasn't bothered to fix bugs that were present on my old pixel 3a XL that is 4 years old now, the same old bugs still persist on the new device and the new OS, Google never fixes bugs so when you get a new device you get all the bugs from before plus a whole new set to seal with, YAY. Migration from my old device to this one has been an absolute nightmare. Apps won't install, the Chrome browser and all it's derivatives will not migrate tabs or history. The password manager still absolutely sucks and doesn't work for about 40% of sites and apps. Even when you use "log in with Google" it still manages to F it up and still asks for user name and password which somehow doesn't know or auto fill even though it popped up askit you of you want to store the password and you hit yes. So plan on resetting all your passwords if you can't remember them or don't have your old phone. Yeah it has a decent camera and it is faster than my old phone but what good is any of it when the battery life is garbage and the phone is slow to charge.

First pixel phone, coming over from the now disappointing OnePlus line after several iterations. So far mostly good experience. Occasionally it doesn't respond to my touches but this started after I put a new screen protector on so may be from that. Has had more trouble with Google maps than I expect from a higher end phone, especially from a Google phone. Overall pretty happy

So far loving the Pixel 7 pro and the price point. The camera is amazing like all the other Pixel's. I traded in a Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra. The ultra seemed a little more premium with quicker charge, longer battery, and build quality. However I love the features of Google and for what you get for the price tag, it's pretty on par with other flagship handsets. I definitely would recommend this phone.

I have had almost every single Google phone since the very first G1. I am a die hard fan of this phone and will continue to get more pixels in the future. The camera is top notch!

My phone usage does not require extreme processing power or battery life. Both were more than adequate for me. I do take a lot of photos, though, and that's where this phone truly shines. Other than peak brightness being a little on the lower side, nothing but positives from me.

Great android experience. Unmatched quality. Awesome performance. Best camera I've had the chance to use, photos are top quality even on full zoom, no distorsion and great stabilization. Only shortcoming is battery life, I come from a phone that could last very long under heavy use, but still I can get whole day battery, no problem.

Was gonna go with the Iphone 14 pro but glad i bought this phone instead. I love the way its designed and takes great photos that definitely competes with Apple. Feels smooth started to run hot at first but its normal as I was transferring my data from my old dead phone. Very happy after one phone i only got it scratched on thebottom:( dont know what protection case and screen are the best rn

This phone is great. I upgraded from there 5a to this one. Easy to use and much better than iPhone. My other phone was completely dead and wouldn't turn on but once I signed in everything transferred easily minus a note and some photos I took the day my phone died and never uploaded. Would recommend checking this phone out.

2nd Pixel --love it! Quick response, great camera, easy to use.

The Pixel fan will not want to skip out on this upgrade. Software is much more responsive (talking to you, fingerprint sensor) and the 7 Pro version comes with an additional lens (over 7) for taking images. Plus, BB had a great promo deal with trade-in. The mail-in version (versus direct to store trade-in option) was taking a bit longer than advertised but all worked out in the end.
