    After the tech at Best buy, copied the data from my old phone. I took the new phone home, and it worked fine. It could only connect to Wi-Fi, that would not work mobile (it will not connect to Verizon). I took it to a Verizon store, the tech at the Verizon store after 45 minutes had it connecting to Verizon. He told me that the tech at Best buy, do not load the phone correctly. My first stop this morning was Best buy, no tech! A very frustrating morning!

    Phone glass too delicate, worst phone I've had.

    Phone is too delicate. After only one month, I dropped the phone from a foot high with a glass screen protector along with an Spigen case, and the main glass broke rendering the phone useless. Half the screen doesn't work. Had to switch back to my old phone.

    If you use 2app ,at ones over heating after 10min min you can't hold it on ur hand because of the heating

    Battery life is very low. In normal use it only runs for 7-8 hours.

    It hugs, it's super hot, camera switching front back is very slow, Battry just drops suddenly, it's document scanning sucks (camera quality)... Some apps just stuck and restart (OfferUp).Overall it sucks not even close to iPhone basic version. (Note 10+ way better without 120hz display). +++ I need to pay $45 for restocking fee to return. :-(

    0/10 do not recommend! Have had the Google pixel 7 pro for around 10 months when it started acting up. My first "flagship" phone that I paid almost $900 for that won't last even near half as long as one of the cheapest Samsung prepaid phones. Highly disappointed and hoping I can return under warranty for a Samsung

    Phones not quality at all. Paid cash for it had it 6 months with a case on it and the screen broke. Got away from google all together.
