Great performance, nice screen, and 5x zoom camera is great. The curved screen is slightly annoying, especially when it comes to dealing with tempered glass screen protectors (which I did find and was able to install). I upgraded from a Pixel 4a 5G and I generally preferred the fingerprint scanner on that device as it was faster and easier to use (especially with a case to help center the finger), but this one isn't bad by any means. When taking a video while hiking, the resulting footage quickly and jarringly adjusted the whitebalance where the 4a 5G on the same hike did not. I've had issues with 5G connectivity on Google Fi where I didn't with the 4a 5G, and when I used an app to force it to LTE it worked great; I'm not sure if this is a service or device issue though. GPS tracking of hikes with Gaia are awful but were spot on with the 4a 5G; it's not the power or location settings of the app, either. I think battery life is either on par or perhaps slightly worse, but it's also a larger screen. Overall, I'd say this device is an upgrade in some regards and a downgrade in others - hopefully software updates can address the shortcomings.

The pixel 7 pro is absolutely beautiful. Its gorgeous design makes it look super premium along with its super fast tensor G2, gorgeous LTPO QHD Oled display, excellent cameras, excellent battery life, loads of features and lots more. Its definitely worth buying! The pixel 7 pro is exactly what the pixel 6 pro should have been.

We both got the Pixel 7 Pro (256GB) unlocked. Moved from our old phones (Motorola Z3) as Motorola in general just isn't keeping up, especially in the camera area. Best Buy did a fantastic job of moving everything from our old phones to the new one. A very pleasant experience. Thank You! We were a little afraid of the usage transition, but it was much easier than we anticipated. Not that much different to use. The size of the phone is great, the display is fantastic, and the response speed is super. Battery life is actually better than we were expecting. Phone feels good in your hand. Oh, the camera is GREAT!!! Very little bloatware. So far very happy with our purchase. The only negative is that is heavier than our old phones, but you get used to it pretty fast. The hazel option she got is a very pleasant color.

The reason why I stuck and chose to continue with a Pixel phone over another smart phone like Samsung or similar is...the Pixel just works! It covers all of my needs without the need for some whimsical marketing about having the fastest speed, biggest camera or shiniest phone. The phone holds itself well against other phone that cost hundreds of not several hundreds more than it. Most of us already have some sort of Google email, or using some form of service such as YouTube and etc. It only made sense to go with the Pixel and Google service and everything else was butter. The camera on Pixel has always for the most part been a winner in terms of the photos coming out well regardless of the lighting situation. That's says a lot compared to other phone nes that struggles especially during the evening and late hours. Even with competitors gimmicky 200 megapixels camera...most reviews still reigns the Pixel as the clear winner overall. The biggest improvement overall has been the video department which I'm so happy to see and use. Pixel has been struggling for the past few Pixels with it's video quality and ability and now...it's near perfect for the average user during the day. I've made several video blogs and couldn't find anything to complain about. We know that android comes from Google and Android in its purest form is basically what IOS is to Apple. The best part about Google Pixel is in its support! Any little updates and major updates, your phone usually gets them right away! Whereas with other competitors, they normally take weeks to several months if any and they always usually run another layer of their own on top of android this always needing those extra "ram" or memory for some of you. I've been using my Pixel 7 pro mainly for video editing and video creation on the go and it works in conjunction with my Insta 360 videos. If anything, I recommend at least a 256gb phone because these days. With a few apps, update and pictures/videos. Don't be surprised if these things take up a good amount of space. I have a 256gb version and I have about 85gbs left. Wish I would've gone with the 513gb instead. Overall, if you aren't too familiar with the layout, the phone take a little learning to understand but once you are good to go. You're good to go. The phone does have features such as hints and tips which helps especially for new users who aren't familiar with the phone features. I love "screen calling" which screens all unknown calls and display the voices via text live so you can intercept them or not. I usually only pick up when I know it's someone I know, other than that...it's usually spam and they disconnect right away. The other is instant message translate which I find helpful especially when communicating with other Spanish speakers. The phone instantly translate, I respond as usual and the phone automatically translate and replies without me going back and forth with copying, translating and sending. The last thing is the camera...I can not emphasize enough in how well the camera has come. I do a lot of photos and I can say they during the night especially landscape photos. They are sometimes breath taking and unbelievable as to how a phone cam capture such. If you're on the fence, even the older cheaper Pixel 5 is astounding in photos as well. I would totally recommend the Pixel 5 if you're on an absolute budget, the Pixel 7a if you're on tight budget and the 7 for your everyday user. The Pixel 7 Pro....I don't even use the zoom features much but since it's a technically bigger phone. I chose to go with that and the bigger battery. Other than that, I would've gone with the regular Pixel instead.

Smoother and faster than the Samsung S22 Ultra ( which I own as well ). Smart features are perfect! Not too overwhelming like the Samsung. Best camera in the smartphone industry. Smarter than the boring iPhone (own the 14 Pro Max). After all the updates, battery lasts all day. And the price is the icing on the cake. And I hate icing, but I loved this one. It is truly the best of all worlds. Efficient, Powerful. Smart. Google nailed it this year. Bravo.

Awesome phone, pretty much all my complaints about the P6P we're addressed, the battery gets me through the day and onto the second day before I have to recharge it, I barely use my phone during work hours so your mileage will vary, obviously it's not up there with iPhones but it's really good. The pure Android experience is great, but if that's not your thing there are a variety of launchers available to customize as you see fit. Unlike the P6P the phone never gets hot, the modem is different so no more terrivle speeds. The Snow color is nice, but it's now in a case so that's irrelevant, the screen is less curvy than the P6P which is a pro to me, quite frankly all these curvy screens need to disappear. If you're coming from an iphone there are some things to get used to, iMessage, the simplicity of IOS etc, but those things may not be a deal breaker to you, honestly at this point it comes down to preference, both operating systems can pretty much do the same thing, one just feels a bit more polished than the other. In short, great phone, gorgeous screen, good battery life, beautiful pictures and new modem for a very attractive price.

The Pixel 7 Pro is the best phone Google has ever made. It has an amazing display, awesome 5G connectivity with Verizon ultra-wideband, an amazing camera, and fast and reliable Android software with Google apps. The Display The Pixel 7 Pro has a 6.7-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels. The display is incredibly bright and clear, and it has a 120Hz refresh rate, which makes everything look smooth and fluid. The display is also HDR10+ certified, so you can enjoy HDR content on Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming services. Connectivity I love that the Pixel 7 Pro supports 5G connectivity, and it can even connect to Verizon's ultra-wideband network. This means that you can get blazing fast speeds, even in crowded areas. The Camera The Pixel 7 Pro camera takes amazing photos in any lighting condition, and it also has some of the best portrait mode and night mode features on the market. The Software The Pixel 7 Pro software is fast and reliable, and I love that it comes with a bunch of great Google apps, like Google Maps, Gmail, and YouTube which feels native to the experience. Overall The Pixel 7 Pro is an amazing phone. It has a great display, awesome 5G connectivity, an amazing camera, and fast and reliable Android software with Google apps. If you're looking for the best phone on the market, the Pixel 7 Pro is the one to get.

Truly superior software. Android OS is clean and functional. The still camera is state-of-art, but the video camera is just good. This phone has a unique design with a large, orthogonal camera bump on the rear panel that spans the phone's width, allowing the phone to be placed on its back without any rocking. Well worth the asking price and hundreds less than other flagships.

This completely reassured my Google fanboy side. I had so many reservations about buying the 7 Pro because of the long list of issues I had with 6 Pro. I've an Android fan and adopter from day one. The 6 Pro nearly broke my confidence and I was really disappointed. Fast forward to the release of the 7 Pro (and the impressive trade in value for the 6 Pro) and I decided to give Google another shot. Every single issue I had with the 6 Pro was fixed on the 7 Pro. Here's a short list of the pros and cons: Pros: - Fingerprint reader is quick and responsive - Face unlock FINALLY WORKS! - Battery life is impressive (with a tweak, more in cons) - Connectivity is extremely stable now (T-Mobile) - The camera (EVERYTHING ABOUT IT) Cons: - Screen brightness and resolution can kill the battery. (Downgrading the screen quality to 1080p and watching the brightness level solved the battery drain) - Google Pay doesn't work with Face Unlock and creates a delay in payment (Supposedly will be fixed with an update.) - Nothing more...

Switched to the Pixel 7 Pro from a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, massive upgrade and everything is just better. I've been a dedicated Samsung user for the last 8 years and I finally felt this was the year to switch to a Pixel (S22 line with mixed reviews and fold/flip still haven't convinced me). I'm loving my Pixel since I got it on launch day, its super snappy (coming from a 3+ year old device), a class apart camera, refreshing stock android OS. I don't think Pixel 6 users need to upgrade but if you're on anything 2 yrs or older and considering a new phone, you won't go wrong with this one. Battery life is great, 1.5 days and left with 15% with moderate use throughout. Speakers could be better but persoanlly, not a big deal for me. Haven't experienced any issues so far, go Pixel!!

Coming from a samsung galaxy s20. I really like the screen size and battery capacity. I feel like I can go a full day of use without having to charge the phone 3 times. That could be due to the fact my s20 was 3+ years old, however it doesn't stop the fact from being true. The main reasons I bought this over the Samsung galaxy s23+ was due to the price and the fact that there's not much change between the s22/s23 models. I miss the customization of the samsung phone, but I'm happy with my purchase. Picture quality is comparable but I would give the edge the pixel, And just to be clear, I don't take a lot of photos and post them on social media. I also like the haptics and noise from opening apps, receiving messages, and the overall interaction with the phone. Btw this phone is extremmely smart and learns behaviors. It will put the top four apps that I would normally use in a menu bar and normally its accurate. These four app suggestions change throughout the day. Main complaint on my phone and the reason I dropped it to 4.5, is because of the issue I experience when watching youtube and receiving a text message. My s20 could multitask like a champ and not give me any issues. Whereas with the pixel, when I text and go back to streaming, my phone bugs out where I can't see the video anymore. At that point, i close the apps and wait. If that doesn't work, I complete a restart which solves the issue. I'm not sure if this bug will be fixed with future updates, but I hope. So I would recommend this phone to anyone who wants a new android phone that takes great pixtures, has a good display, a good battery life, and wants to experience something different for an affordable price. $780ish with 300$ savings for 256 GB.

GOOGLE, GET THIS THING TO STOP RUNNING HOT I love this phone. I've been exclusively Android for years, and in that I've bought HTC, One Plus and now Pixel. Google outdid themselves- the way it feels in your hand, its response and fluidity. I love the Android experience on this and the camera is the best I've used to date. I have 3 things I've found that I don't like so much: Heat Battery Network? ( Google VPN?) First, this thing runs hot. Always. It would be great if Google could get this nailed down. I've never had a phone run this hot, and if it did, I was concerned. Electronics can't like this amount of heat. It's never caused a problem, but I've found myself getting creative doing what I can to keep it cool, from fans, to my car's AC, to leaving it in a baggie in the pool while I swim. It's more of a comfort thing I guess, but man.. I'd love that to be fixed. Second, the battery isn't bad. I generally have a good amount of charge by the end of the day. But when I first got my OP andy HTC, they could go multiple days on a charge of I wanted them to. This one could be an issue down the road when it gets some age on it. Lastly, what is with this thing just NOT connecting sometimes? This issue came up after the last couple recent updates. I don't know what it is, but I'll be unable to load anything until I restart. I've tried put it on airplane mode, disconnectinf from the network for a moment. But no dice. I have to reboot the phone and lately it's been fairly frequent. This is also regardless of whether I'm on cellular network or wifi. Makes no difference. Once it drops connection, I'm SOL. These things said, I do love having the thing. It's a fantastic device.
