    Old Pixel 5 phone died after some serious use & wear and tear. It was almost 3 years old. Unable to get anything but a black screen. Best Buy team was helpful. They got the phone and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. The new phone started up and all the data from the cloud came in seamlessly. Love the continuity in the google family of products.
