    Best Android To Date

Of all Androids I've tested, including a recent Galaxy and all of the recent years of Pixels, this is my favorite because of native Google apps, Pixel UI > Samsung's UI (which is better than any of the other Android manufacturer UIs), and other features and functionality exclusive to Pixel models. And the Pixel 8 has some features that are actually a little different than previous Pixels, even though I estimate Pixels that still are in active update cycle will get them. But without going into item by item detail, the hardware and software are super. I believe Pixels are underrated because of being a little late in the game with other higher end Androids, especially Samsung of course. I will make a note that battery life is especially important to me, and this one certainly lasts a full day without getting into critical level with moderate to medium-heavy use and updating and file syncing. Google has done great with battery life the last few years. And just another note, it's nice to see the continued screen adjustment of coloring and shading when in ultra-bright sunlight, ever since the Pixel 5 series, where it seemed to borrow technology from the old Windows Phones that had this...where the screen doesn't wash out and the coloring adjusts for a very seeable screen. A feature Apple and others have tried with other tech but not as successful if at all (except it seems 2022-23 iPhones have a deeper brightness that does do better in bright sunlight, finally). For Android seekers as well as devotees, I highly recommend this if you are in the market for a new phone.

I purchased this phone for my 60 year old dad and he loves it! It's super easy for him to use and he loves the camera quality as he has to take pictures for his job. He previously had an old Samsung phone but I wanted to upgrade him to something better that was within my budget so I did some research and comparisons and this was a prefect match. Would definitely recommend this product to any one looking to purchase a new phone.

Great phone! It was easy to transfer data/number from previous phone. Very smooth while switching from apps and camera takes great photos. Battery will easily last all day with standard use. Five years of updates is a good bonus.

Best phone ever!! I am very happy with this purchase, and the phone works quite well. The price is right and there was only a slight learning curve when coming from a Samsung phone. I know google has a spotted history when it comes to sale prices on their other models, so maybe the pricing will not be as strong a driver as the Pixel 7 pros and Pixel 8s go on sale, but I am very happy with this budget model. The battery life last multiple days between charges for me, or for the entire day with heavy youtube usage. It can get slightly warm at times, but no warmer than my S9+ under heavy usage, so I am not concerned. Charge times are reasonable, but I am coming from an older phone, so maybe I am just easily impressed. The finger print scanner works great for me, and when used in conjunction with the face recognition, is pretty seamless. Overall, I am very happy with this phone, and will consider the Pixel phone family moving forward.

This mobile phone is the best you can buy at this price. It has a beautiful design and is packed with AI features that are actually useful in real life. The camera is excellent, as usual for Pixel phones, and the battery life is great, lasting for up to 1.5 days with moderate to heavy use. Overall, this is a great phone with exceptional value for money.

Pretty small and compact device. It fits my hand perfectly, and the performance is smooth with the camera being easily the flagship aspect of this device. The long software support keeps me assured that this device is a long term investment that will only get better over time with feature drops. One complaint is that the phone can get a little hot sometimes.

I purchased this phone for my wife as a wedding anniversary gift. The phone is awesome. Great product for the affordable price point. Features are great in terms of usage. Camera quality is stunning. Not too broad. Not too heavy. The colour "Obsidian" choice is remarkable. Overall great product.

The Pixel 8 Pro is so definitey a step in the right direction. As a lifelong HTC user, this is the only phone I have used that comes close tp the ingenuity of HTC. Camera and software are amazing. Screen is awesome, and it's fast, Great phone

    The smartest smart phone

Pixel is the smartest smart phone, it's faster than iPhone 14Pro and fits better in my hand. Battery had been lasting a decent amount of time and only have to charge to 80% to get a whole day off light use. Face unlock is good as long as your face is close and works every time. Obviously not as good as Apples face unlock feature. The biometric under screen finger print sensor has been working very fast compared to the Pixel 7 with no screen protector and you can register the same print duplicate times for better recognition. iPhones may be superior, have better resale value, have better customer service, have better support services here and abroad but as stated Pixel is the smartest smart phone.

It just works. It's fast, good battery life, great camera, great integration of Google throughout. There's less customization and features than Samsung, so you might miss quite a few conveniences, but if you know that going in, you'll be fine.

Pixel 8 sits comfortably in the "great, but not groundbreaking" territory. It doesn't scream for attention with flashy features, but it excels in the everyday: a fantastic camera, smooth performance, and long-lasting battery life

Great phone for the price. 120hz screen and the small for factor make it a great phone. The battery life is fantastic, Cameras are fastastic, There are essentially no negatives on this phone. if you are in the market I would 100% recommend a Pixel 8 or 8Pro

Pixel 8 phone was for my husband - he really likes the phone as it is a step up from his old Moto G7. The Pixel 8 holds a charge longer than the previous phone. Using it was fairly easy as he's had android phones before. The Pixel 8 is also 5G which is also a step up in performance.

Camera is very good. Strong point is NO bloatware. Sharp screen and the size fits me: large enough to let my fingers type but small enough to slip in a shirt pocket.

My only pick for a phone is Pixel, and I was concerned that my previous phone wouldn't be matched by a new one. How wrong I was. The Pixel 8 is an incredible model with an incredibly affordable price. Pics are, as with my last Pixel, so clear. Battery lasts so long that sometimes I forget that I need to charge. Love, love, love my Pixel
