Only had it a few days why ask? Minimum characters required, just submitting my review, Best buy sucks, for customer service.

Bought my first 2 Pixels from Google. No problems until about 5 years in. Bought this one (8) from Best Buy. It has been glitchy from day 1. Took it back 3 times I the first week just to be told what I was doing wrong and to reset everything. Took it back 2 more times in the next two weeks. Had to factor reset again. Took it back yesterday just to be told it is now over the 30 days. Took it to an actual phone repair store. Was told that it was glitching all over the place. (I already knew) Will never buy from Best Buy again.

The battery is not as good as I would like. I've also had problems with the touchscreen and bluetooth connectivity.

I made the migration from iPhone to the Pixel several years ago with the Pixel 5. I recently had to upgrade to the Pixel 8 due to a mishap and have found this transition to be terrible. The amount of control and customization usually at my fingertips is gone as Google tries to force me to use their apps and default settings. After 10+ hours of tinkering I have barely made a dent in customizing my pixel and am longing for my old Pixel 5.

Ok but it is lacking the finger print accurately. Also the edge screen backspace feature is somewhat sensitive

Haven't used it for two weeks yet and it has a bright pink line running thru it

common glitch with it is a green line going down through the screen came and went for me so i didnt worry about it, now that its no longer under warenty the whole screens gone green and flickers, also the charging port no longer works, unless i put the charger at a certain angle. Google recognizes the defect and will fix it if you buy the phone through them but not bestbuy,

Delayed notifications (all apps and services). Visual voicemail doesn't always work as intended. Most apps do not open all pictures (social media primarily) when scrolling. These issues happen while on WIFI and the AT&T network, which AT&T has troubleshooted and rebuilt my profile several timeproves that it is hardware issues.

Outright garbage. Bought this last year, and it was in a case and protected the entire time. Ghost touches, dead zones, clunky and buggy software. The screen is changing color. This is the last time I’m buying a Pixel. I learned my lesson.

I purchased the Pixel 8 because I was having battery problems with my Pixel 6. The salesperson was very helpful and respectful. The phone was not in stock and was to be mailed to me. I was told if I needed help transferring my program due to my battery problem I could bring in my new phone and they would help me. I did return and the man at Geek Squad person was so rude I will never shop in your store again. Check your records ... I used to be a very good customer.

Not a good phone. Lot of bugs, keep seeing close apps error also the menu flashes blink blink. The touch is also not good you have touch properly to perform functionality. Over all not good at all

I had to get a new phone rather unexpectedly after my old phone could no longer be charged. It's nice to have a phone with wireless charging capabilities since it was the charging port that went bad on my previous phone. I do miss the micro SD expandable memory of my older phone, and the headphone jack, but overall the Pixel 8 has been easy to use, fast, and the camera by far has been the best upgrade for me. It did not pair with my car over Bluetooth as easily as my Galaxy A71, but some extra fiddling with the car and phone settings has resolved that.

I ordered 2 weeks ago and it has never arrived. It just says "delayed" and there is no other information.

The phone was nkt gkkd at all and the associat lied to me about the best buy credit card

Good phone, good battery, but I've returned it because it's not comfortable to use it in small things like inconvenient speaker option under dropdown selection when calling despite there's a lot of spare, and I can go on and on..

My go-to daily phone when owning this and an iPhone 14 Pro. You may ask why and why it's not for the camera even though Pixel cameras are known as the best pick-and-shoot cameras; taking the best photos without messing with adjustments. My main reason is the form size, which fits best in my hand and the second is the speakers are a lot louder. With an Android phone, you don't have to mess with Garage Band to make custom notification tones or ringtones to get much louder notifications. All the AI features make this a top quality smart phone compared. ENUF said, we all choose our own poison.

The phone arrived in one day and it's truly magical experience. It has so much new and useful features that lessen the life. I recommend it strongly!

Exactly as described, like new. The phone works well. Great small android phone with great camera.
