It was messing with my schedule as I wanted to be present when it arrives. I was afraid it might get stolen.

Interface was not very different from what I'm used to coming from Samsung. The gestures were a very good idea on paper but once in a real world usage it gets on the way on many apps. Unfortunately, I had to go back to Samsung. I also had some issues with humidity getting inside and fogging up the lenses and obstructing the SIM card reader, using cellular signal once leaving WIFI signal.

I cannot get more than 3 hours of screen on time unless I have battery saver mode on. Screen is very nice and bright and no heating issues. I do not game but so stream YouTube and listen to a lot of Spotify. I came from the iPhone xr and I chose this phone over an iPhone for the price. I'm not sure if I would do it again though.

Not to mention the pink tint in screen under direct sunlight. Regarding battery life, if you use 5G, it's gonna drain battery very fast.

It was not delivered and upon a chat with customer service on Dec. 31 they said: "I've checked your order status and I apologize that we were not able to get the product ready within the given timeframe. Seems like the item went out of stock from the store while the order was processing." BestBuy refuses to refund my money and is asking me to wait until they send the phone to me Jan. 13, 2024. Extremely poor customer service by BestBuy. I ordered a Samsung phone directly from Samsung and it'll be here Jan. 4. It's Best Buy's fault that I'm going with Samsung.

Constantly having to reboot so I can use Bluetooth in my car. Takes forever to load songs with the built-in player. This thing sux plain and simple
