I was actually excited when they announced this phone. Best Buy ran a great deal for trade in. I had to trade in an S24 Ultra to get this phone and ever since I received it, I have been dealing with nothing but the worst battery life I've ever had in a phone. I missed my return period waiting on the phone to complete it's "adaptive battery" shtick. So now I'm stuck with what would be an otherwise perfectly fine phone if the battery allowed me to use it slightly more than an hour.

I buy from bestbuy because they offered very great deals trading Samsung s24 ultra 512gb... But I tried one day disappointed charging slow.. Can't compare with s24 ultra.. I will return to bestbuy store tomorrow.. Thank you bestbuy... Offers very great deals but I can't keep it.. One more time Thanks bestbuy

Terrible processor man I mean seriously. If it can't beat the Snapdragon gen 3 I'm not paying over a thousand.

Overheats, consistent issues with android auto and an auto dimming setting that will drive you insane.

Poor battery performance for a huge phone. Sub par build quality. Won't buy another google phone.

The Pixel 9 Pro XL is an excellent smartphone that is very premium. The design feels so iconic with the Visor camera bar. The phone feels incredible in the hands and has excellent build quality. Google has finally fixed the battery life, heat and modem issues that have plague the previous Pixels (6,7,8) with Tensor SoC. The cameras are great as usual considering it's a Pixel and the OLED Actura display is Big, Beautiful and Vibrant. This time around Google used the same exact Ultrasonic fingerprint sensor found inside the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and it's blazing fast. I highly recommend this phone to anyone who loves Pixels or just want to give them a try.

The box was marked excellent and it was maybe fair condition. Not a great phone at all as it was slow and maybe google needs to stay out of making phones.

I would say go get this phone because it's basically free at Best buy right now with there trade in offers let me explain... So I traded in my iPhone 14 pro max best buy gave me 520 trade value for it then Google gave additional 579 since I was buying a pixel so so far (1,099) then on top of that best buy also gives you a 200 dollar gift card for buying the new pixel so in total I got (1,299) the cost of the phone and a case was (1,211 ) so I got the phone and case for free as well as walk away with some I have receipts if anyone wants to see but to the review lol Pros: 1. Display Quality 2. Camera Performance 3. Software Experience (Stock Android) 4. AI 5. Battery Life Improved battery life with faster charging 6. Build Quality Premium build with water and dust resistance (IP68 rating). Cons 1. Price 2. Storage Options: Limited storage options without expandable memory, which might be a downside for some 3. Availability: I had to go to 4 different best buys on launch day to find one hopefully this will improve over time 4. Design: the colors this year just don't seem to pop as much as the pixel 8 or even the 7 5. Performance While it performs well, some might find it lacking compared to the S24 Ultra's performance 6. Battery life I know shocking it's on both my pros and cons but here's why "I've been using the Pixel 9 XL for a few days now, and honestly, it's good for the average user ( most people ) but I'm a heavy user and 80% of my work is from my phone so the battery life is pretty disappointing. Despite the improvements Google claimed, I still find myself scrambling for a charger by 5 pm Even with moderate use, the battery drains faster than I expected. It's frustrating having to constantly worry about my phone dying, especially when I'm out and about. I was hoping for a longer-lasting battery, but this just doesn't cut it for a flagship device." Especially at this higher price point Hopefully they will fix it with software update finger crossed

Incorrect order shipped incorrectly without signature

Randomly reboots constantly. Tried factory reset. Does not help.

It is everything and more. Camera is fabulous. Better than iPhone camera.

Phone is OK. I am use to Samsung and so I find Pixel version of Android is trying to do way too much over complicating it. (not that Samsung was that great) I was reluctant about the camera bar that extending beyond the phone body. Sure enough with in 3 months the bar has fallen off, despite a very sturdy phone case. I really wouldn't recommend it to a friend. They claim it is waterproof to 1. 5 meters for 30 minutes. I don't believe that, as the phone bar is not sealed. Perhaps some of the electronic may be OK, but the lenses in high mineralized water are going to get wet and possibly get cloudy deposits. It just is not a well designed phone. I'm giving it 2 stars now, but may revise it to 3 if they are straight up with their warranty. If the try to give me a refurbished unit I will come back and revise my rating to a 1. I have never had a refurbished electronics product (phone, laptop, TV, etc.) that didn't have major problems. I would rather throw the phone away and never do business with the company again, than to go through the frustration of a refurb. I hope they will take care of this.

Great phone. Best buy came through and helped me sort a issue on my end when ordering. Will probably get my next phone here.
