    THESE BUDS ARE A HIT

The TOP concern when purchasing buds, is the SOUND. Yes, the add ons are important, ie: noise cancelling, swipe gestures etc, but SOUND is what matters most...at least to me. The PIXEL A's have excellent sound. Yes, you have to tweak it a bit..turn on the bass boost, but they are clear with excellent overall sound. Comfort?...I have worn these for 3 straight hours(roadtrip), with no fatigue or discomfort. I use them in gym, they never fall out, or need maintenance. Overall, they are impressive AND they have the ASSISTANT always at hand...consider it a bonus. I highly recommend them for casual listening.

They connect with my Pixel 9 and my HP laptop very well, so they can be used with products that aren't Google as well! They're small and they come with 3 different size pieces to help you find the best fit! My only complaint is that no matter which size I use I always feel like they're falling out a little bit and they hurt my ears after awhile.

I really want to give these a 5 because they are a good bang for the buck in terms of headphones with a charging case under the $100 price point but I can't. Here's why - I've had these for a few weeks now and here's what I found. Case/Charging - I'll actually be exchanging these this weekend for a different pair in the hopes that it's just a defective case or ear bud but a few times now I've put in my right earbud after it sat in the case all day only to find it was dead/drained while the left bud was at 100%. This happened once with the left bud too where it died quickly. Hoping swapping these out for a new set will resolve the issue. UPDATE- I now have the replacement pair (in white) and have used them a few weeks now. Unfortunately I have to report that the charging issue continues. It's a design flaw with the case I think. Too much wiggle room in the case so that the bud doesn't always make great contact the the charging contacts in the case. Even though the magnets should snap it into alignment it doesn't always happen. You have to pay close attention to the indicator light to make sure it shows charging (single flash on the first bud and double flash on the second bud). Pairing - Set up and pairing with the Pixel phones is SUPER easy. I love that part. I bought these because I also have a Pixel Slate Tablet and thought staying in the Google Pixel ecosystem would be beneficial. However that isn't automatically the case. At this lower price point the buds don't have the ability to maintain pairing to multiple devices so the buds lose connection to my Pixel Slate tablet when it goes to sleep. So every time I open my tablet cover I have to connect the ear buds to the tablet. It remembers them so I don't need to press the button to "pair" them but I do need to go into Bluetooth settings and connect them. Sometimes they pair the first time, sometimes they don't and I have to repeat. This may be more of a tablet issue because my last set of wireless headphones also went through this, it's just annoying since it is all within the Pixel line of devices. OK - That sounds like a lot of negatives for these to still get a 4 star review but I recognize not everyone will be bouncing back and forth between phone and tablet frequently and that even the charging is a semi minor annoyance thanks to fast charging once you find out about the charge and get them to make contact. 15 minutes or so charges them from 0 to 75%. And then there is a TON of good stuff like - The super easy set up, not constantly having to have them hooked up to a charging cable, good sound quality (for non-noise canceling), Google Assistant and Translate features baked in, and the ability to tap, swipe, etc. to pause, change volume. You can even just say Hey Google, increase volume. I'll do my best to update this in a few weeks after getting my replacements in the event things are much better (or worse). -- UPDATE Above. Side note - Holding off saying I would recommend these to a friend for the charging issue and because most of my friends are insane and prefer all things iPhone/Apple.

I waited till after I used these in the gym to write my review and I could not be happier with my purchase! After months of researching the best headphones on the market for both working out and everyday use I finally decided on these after passing on the powerbeats pros being I don't have an iPhone and they are quite a bit cheaper. They are absolutely amazing. The sound quality is great, I did not at all once worry about them falling out while I was running but most of all, easily the most comfortable headphones I have worn. I often forget they're even in my ears. If you're an android user like myself, just buy them and thank me later. Or thank me now, that works too.

I've had three of the Pixel earbuds and they all have been excellent at connecting to my Pixel phones. The sound quality has been great while listening to music, podcast, and especially on the phone. The reason I give them 4 stars is because they fall out of my ears a lot and because they are touch sensitive it's really easy to accidentally tap them with my shoulder while gardening or my wet hair while running, etc. I'm very active and this can be a big problem when my hand are full. Once I lost them while I was walking through a mall, and I didn't have any music playing or anything. One fell out and I didn't even notice it until I started the music again. I couldn't find it anywhere and I had to pay another $60 for a replacement. :(. Otherwise they are great, but I wish they would make an around the ear wing for people who need the extra security and put buttons instead of touch sensitive controls.

As a pixel phone user I highly recommend keeping in house and having pixel buds. The connection is instant, the sound quality is excellent, and they’re incredibly comfortable. My only wish is to upgrade to pixel buds 2 and be able to wirelessly charge and change the volume with touch control.

I absolutely love these pixel buds. Especially with my Pixel 6 Pro. I find the sound quality to be better than my galaxy buds. They're comfortable in the ear. The only thing that kind of irks me about it is sometimes I'll go to touch my ear near the headphone and the touch on it is like a hairpin trigger. Otherwise, fantastic. And the BATTERY!!!! I am constantly amazed at how long the battery lasts.

After having used the Pixel Buds A-Series for more than a year, I can say it is the best in-ear headphones I have used and the best bang for the buck you can get. It has nice rich sound and is extremely comfortable on the ears. The wing-tip design makes it so that it snugs nicely into your ears without it being loose. For the price, the Pixel Buds A-Series is hard to beat!

Great little headphones. They're super comfortable, and the battery life on both the earbuds and the case is exceptional. I prefer these to my old Apple airpods. Pairing with an Android phone is also super easy (even non-Pixel phones).

These are my first wireless earbuds and I am extremely happy with them. The pairing process with my Pixel 4a is seamless. They are easy enough to switch to my laptop when needed. They are comfortable and sweat resistant. I considered buy more expensive buds with ANC, but honestly I haven't really needed it. The buds seal well and have decent enough sound quality and volume. If I need better audio, I do prefer my mid range headphones.

LOVE these ear buds!!! They pair very easily with my phone and my voice is heard clearly by the other caller. Loud volume, the way I like it, and they don't fall out during workouts. Sweat doesn't seem to be an issue, either. I have difficulty pairing with my Hisense smart TV, but they still pair. Overall, I can't think of a single negative- buy them!!!

So far, this has been a solid pair of earbuds. The sound is surprisingly good and the design makes the earbuds snug in a way that few headphones have achieved for me before. With that said, the snugness does cause discomfort in my right ear occasionally even with the small tips. I got these as a replacement for a pair of Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pros that I lost. I think I would still recommend those for the active noise cancelling (which I didn't use) and pass through mode to make hearing others easier (something I frequently used). These earbuds do offer a simple, barebones experience though and that may be a good selling point for some. I also think they're too pricey given the limited feature set, but ignoring price they are a good pair of earbuds.

Really impressed with these pixel buds. I have used them for about a month and love the sound. The price point was excellent. They hold a charge for a good while. I am not an audiophile by any stretch, but the sounds are rich and the bass is adequate for me. I would say for those that are curious about an ear bud, these are excellent entry level to this technology. Setup is a breeze!

I have a pixel 6a and these headphones work perfectly!! They're great with bass, feel and the microphone is above average. The case feels like a weird coated plastic and aren't able wireless charge. The battery life is my only gripe since I have 3hrs better needing to put them back in the case.
