I bought these to replace my Bose wireless headphones due to the battery life being absolutely horrendous after a couple years of use. I liked these at first, but 2 months in and the battery life has already been cut in half. No longer returnable so I'll just have to see how much more use I can get out of these before I'm stuck buying another pair.

Hi there, ZachW. Thank you for choosing Pixel Buds A-Series. We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing a shorter battery life after only using them for 2 months.
Your Pixel Buds A-Series have up to 5 hours of playback or up to 2.5 hours of talk time. With the case, you’ll get 24 hours of playback or up to 12 hours of talk time. A 15-minute charge will deliver up to 3 hours of playback or up to 1.5 hours of talk time. We recommend reviewing how you typically use the A-Series and, if the battery life falls significantly short of the prescribed durations, we suggest contacting our support team for further assistance with your concern. Purchased for my wife mainly for phone calls. Sound quality for the people she was talking to was pretty bad. Maybe they are better for just listening to music.

Hi there, thanks for leaving your feedback about the Pixel Buds A-Series, and we’re sorry to hear of your disappointment with the battery life.
Pixel Buds A-Series will last up to 5 hours of listening time or up to 2.5 hours of talk time before they have to be placed in the charging case to recharge. When the charging case is fully charged, it stores multiple charges for the earbuds, so you can have up to 24 hours of listening time or up to 12 hours of talk time. But please note that battery life also depends on device, features enabled, usage, environment and many other factors. A 15-minute charge of earbuds in the charging case delivers up to 3 hours of listening time or up to 1.5 hours of talk time. For the best experience with your A-Series battery life, we recommend fully charging the case to 100% as this will provide about 20 hours of usage time. So there's no need to keep charging it all the time.
Here are other helpful tips when charging your A-Series: - It's important to check whether your A-Series are docked properly back to the case. - You may also want to ensure that your A-Series are cleaned thoroughly as grime and ear wax accumulation might prevent the charging contacts from connecting properly with your charging case’s magnetized pods preventing them from charging properly.

Hey there, Serg. We’re sorry the Pixel Buds A-Series aren’t fitting the best for you. Here’s some tips to get a better fit:
1. Try different sized eartips to find the best fit: Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. 2. Try memory foam eartips: If you’re not getting a perfect fit with the silicone, try out memory foam eartips.

The Pixel Buds A Series took me by surprise. I wasn't expecting so much from the lesser version of Google's truly wireless earbud line.
Unboxing-
Typical packaging. Comes with USB C cable, and 3 sets of s/m/l eartips.
Pairing-
Once you get the case out with the earbuds in them, just just flip open the top and your phones will open up a pop up showing the earbuds. You do need the Google Pixel app to change settings, such as the equalizer and adaptive sound. Other than that, pairing is simple. It works in both Android and iOS.
Sound - The sound from these are actually pretty good. Very good on highs and mids. Even when you turn on the bass boost via the app, there is no distortion. I listened to multiple genres of music, and streamed some YouTube and Netflix. No lag, and everything sounded great.
Call Quality - I'm impressed here as well. I make calls all of the time for work, and everyone heard me, and I heard them clearly.
Battery - Decent battery life. Since there is no active noise cancelling, that helps these.
Fit - They do fit snugly in my ears. I went up to the largest tips and those work fine. Working out or doing activities with them are good too. They won't come out, even when sweating.
Conclusion-
At the price, you don't get a wireless charging case, and no active noise cancelling. But you get everything else the regular pixel buds offer, and they have better Bluetooth connectivity over the regular Pixel Buds.
I can recommend these if you want Pixel Buds, but don't want to pay the higher cost of the regular ones.

Hi JarenH, we're glad to hear that you like the value and price of your Pixel Buds A-Series. Your Pixel Buds come pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached eartip off and press the other eartip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached. We'd be happy to assist you with any other support needs you may be having on A-series, if you can reach out to us here: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/gethelp

Hi Blake, thanks for letting us know of your issue with the Pixel Buds A-Series, and we’re sorry to learn that your third pair only worked for a few months.
If one of the earbud isn't responding to gestures and not playing audio, we suggest trying the steps below that might help: - Disconnect and then reconnect the Google Pixel Buds to the device. - If the earbuds are still not working, have your device forget the Google Pixel Buds. - Reset and re-pair the Google Pixel Buds.

Hello there TeamPixel, we’re glad to hear that you find the Pixel Buds A-Series with ease of use, and we hear your concern about not having the noise cancellation feature.
Although the Pixel Buds A-Series doesn’t have Noise Cancellation, the Adaptive Sound feature automatically raises and lowers the volume based on the noise level of the external environment to allow you to hear your music and content even when there may be background noise. We understand that outdoor environments can be noisy, especially if you're in the office or somewhere like a city street, cafe, or subway. With Adaptive Sound feature, your A-Series will subtly and automatically optimize volume based on the noise level of your environment. To enable Adaptive Sound, simply follow these steps: On a Pixel phone with Android 10+: - Go to Settings > Connected devices > Pixel Bud's settings. Other Androids: - Open your Google Pixel Buds app. - Tap Sound > Adaptive Sound. - Toggle Adaptive Sound.

Finding the right pair of Bluetooth headphones can be hard. Every person is going to differences in opinion when it comes to headphones mostly based on comfort/fit and overall sound quality.
First I would like to talk about design and fit. These headphones are designed extremely well. They come with a compact charging case and have a nice lightweight feel and design. They have soft tips on the end which personally I have the most problems with. These do have little wings on them which are supposed to help hold them in your ears but personally they did not stay in my ears all that well which is the only downside I found.
Next is sound quality. The sound was good and I think on par with what you should expect at this price range. They do help block out background noise which makes for an overall good experience.
They are easy to connect to any device. The battery life is rated at 5 hours listening or 2.5 hours talk time with up to 24 hours off the charging case. Personally I think this is plenty of time especially from something so small.
I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a cheaper yet high quality Bluetooth headphones. Especially someone who has a google pixel phone.

Pixel Buds A-Series are too buggy.
I went on two light runs and the left earbud cuts out. Phone app says the left earbud does not have a charge. I placed them back in the case to reset them, but left ear bud still does not work.
Owned the buds less than two weeks. And already having issues.
Do not buy. Not worth the headache.

Hi Genaro, we appreciate you letting us know of your experience with your Pixel Buds A-Series. We understand how frustrating it can be when something doesn’t work as you’d expect them to.
Things to try: - Check whether any dirt or debris has built up around the charging contacts area, and take a look at this article for more information on how to clean your Pixel Buds A-Series: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/9112670 - Make sure that the eartips are tightly attached to the earbud's snout so that the earbud can be fully inserted into the case. This helps ensure a good connection between the charging contacts of the earbuds and the case.
