They have caused my phone to unlock constantly which I haven't had an issue with on any other set of headphones, this has led to my phone sensing messages and making calls from my pocket on a near daily basis. The connectivity is a nightmare, it'll bounce around between devices Ive connected them to by themselves, interrupting calls and creating lots of frustrations. Now, less than a month of owning them and rhe right bud is not being detected at all, tried factory reset twice with no luck. Looking at my options for return now, very disappointing.

I've noticed, however, some serious problems with sound quality when we're talking on the phone and he's using the buds. Background noises are painfully loud and tinny but speech is too quiet.

Great buds if they fit my ears

I tried all three tips but had not luck.

If you haven’t yet, we suggest rotating the placement of the bud. Please note that Pixel Buds don't need to be pushed in deeply to the ear canal like other in-ear earbuds. They can rest lightly in the ear canal. Good buds for 8 months, then volume too low

Now, you can barely hear them. I tested them on my Pixel phone and iPad Mini - both volumes are too low now. I have given up on them and will look for a non-Google alternative that will hopefully last longer. They were a great set of headphones, but they will go bad in less than a year. <Insert sad face here.>

The silicone ear tips are all too small for my ears so I don't get a good fit. Sound quality is just OK. For free I guess they're fine, but spend a little more and you can get a great wireless earphone like the Sennheisers.

To ensure you get a gentle but secure fit using the stabilizer arc for your A-Series, we recommend gently inserting your earbud, with the wingtip or stabilizer arc and tucking it into each ear, to provide a better fit. Then, slightly rotate it back and forth until it comfortably stays in place when you move your head or tap either earbud. Also, you may want to try out all 3 ear tip sizes to find the most comfortable tip, and ensure that you get the best ear tip seal and provide the best listening experience.
