    Great earbuds but not perfect

Improved fit over the Buds Pro 2. My only complaint is the ANC mode amplifies a clicking sound with every step as I walk. The songs quality is better than the previous model.

So far I love these. Noise cancelation is fantastic and transparency mode is easy to enable when needed through the touch controls. I really enjoy the sound quality and how these buds fit my ear. I do find that the maximum volume isn't quite loud enough, especially when making phone calls

Headphones are great they sound great fit well and the sound canceling is decent they paired with my google phone and computer super easy and the fact they can pair to both your phone and computer at the same time is a time saver for me i just wish the volume would go higher but its understandable why they don't

Hey there, Reloaded231. Thank you for making Pixel Buds Pro your earbuds of choice. It's great to hear that you're enjoying your experience with the device.

If you're using an Android device and are experiencing low volume on both earbuds, you can enable "Media Volume Sync" by going to your device's settings. From settings, go to Connections and then Bluetooth and then Advanced and then turn "Media volume sync" on.

If you've done the steps here before or if the issue still persists, we recommend reaching out to our dedicated team of specialists on our Google Help page for immediate support here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp madebygoogle

I picked up the Pixel Buds Pro to go with my Pixel 8 Pro. The sound quality and noise canceling are very impressive. I took a 4 hour flight recently and watched movies and listened to music the entire trip and still had battery left when we landed. I got these on sale for $139, and it's been a great purchase. I came from Galaxy Buds Pro, and these do have a cleaner sound and also have better bass at higher volumes.

Fair to decent sound quality overall (after some EQ adjustments) and a great battery life. The noise-cancelation works really well, and it also has an ambient mode for when you want to hear what's around you and still tune in to your media. They're actually pretty comfortable, the tips of the buds themselves might be prone to coming loose at times though. The bass is also decent, but it can be a bit muddy at times when the bass is heavier. Luckily you can customize an EQ or set it to Auto EQ in the Equalizer settings. The microphone doesn't do well in crowded spaces, and a lot of outside nosies come through and the speaker's voice gets broken up. It's also very poppy

Works pretty well with the pixel phones as far as integration and all the various inline features. Google assistant works well and pretty quick. Sounds quality is on par with many of the other high quality earbuds of this category such as the Samsung's and Jabra's as long as you get it sealed in your ear nice and snug. It has a test to see if the seal is proper.which comes in handy as having it sealed well is the only way you get any kind of bass out of earbuds. Battery life is pretty good as long as your don't have the noise cancellation feature turned on. With it off you get about 7 hours roughly and turned on it varies pretty drastically but generally about 2.5-3.5 hours. The noise cancel works pretty good compared to most earbuds. Better than any of the Samsung's I've tried and almost as good as the Jabra elite 7 pros. Biggest issue I have is that they are from Google and they have a horrible track record for reliability and support for products so pray and hope you don't get a lemon.

I bought these for a trip to Mexico and haven't stopped using them almost everyday. I work in a noisy work environment and the anc on these is just perfect for it. I forget I'm at work sometimes and completely zone out. The bass adjustment really does drown out everything and kicks real hard too. The battery life lasts just long enough till I finish my shift and the quick charge case makes it even longer. They don't take too long to charge to 40-50% either. Just 10-15 minutes and you're good to go again for another couple hours. 10/10 would highly recommend these. I also have a pixel 6 so all the extra features are awesome.

Hey there, NatalieP! We’re delighted that you like some of the rich features of the Pixel Buds Pro. We hear your concern with using your earbuds with iOS devices. The Google Pixel Buds do not support Google Assistant on iOS. However, Pixel Buds work as standard Bluetooth headphones with your iOS device, and you'll still be able to enjoy the great audio, clear calls, and capacitive touch controls on the earbuds and more. When looking for wireless earphones, the Google Pixel Buds Pro are a good option. The noise-canceling technology is a game-changer for immersive listening, and the sleek charcoal appearance is appealing. During activities, the touch controls remain in place thanks to their snug fit and intuitive design. The overall audio quality and sophisticated features make them a fair purchase for a premium wireless earbud experience, even though the pricing is a little high.

The addition of ambient mode makes this a game changer. The Google Pixel buds have always been good quality, but the lack of an ambient mode just put them behind the other high-end models. Now that this mode is included, I wear them almost constantly. They're comfortable, they don't fall out, they have a great charge. The noise canceling is great. I wear them during my band practice, they block out noise and protect my ears. So I'm quality is excellent during playback. They have a very good base response as well. Also, they pair perfectly with a Google pixel phone.

Some of the best earbuds currently available

I've tried many different wireless earbuds and these are by far the best I have tried (iOS and Android). The fit is very comfortable and the active noise cancellation is great. I feel like they are not the best for phone calls because the people I talk to always say I sound softer than normal (I believe it's due to the software canceling out the surrounding noise). For listening to music and having earbuds that simultaneously connect to my iPhone 12 Pro and my Pixel 6 Pro, they work outstandingly. I would recommend using the tips from the Samsung Buds Pro on these earbuds. I found a foam/silicone hybrid ear tip for the Samsung Buds Pro that works perfectly with the Pixel Buds Pro.

Hi there Carter, we'd like to thank you for giving the Pixel Buds Pro a 5-star rating. We do apologize if the audio quality when making phone calls isn't the best, and that the ear tips we provided don't seem to fit your ears well enough.

Here are some recommended steps you can try out and see if it might improve your experience with the Pixel Buds Pro:
      - Try unpairing and re-pairing your Pixel Buds Pro with your mobile devices.
      - Ensure that your Pixel Buds Pro are clean, especially if there is any debris around the microphone or speaker openings. To avoid damaging your Pixel Buds, only clean around the microphone holes and speaker vent openings. Do not insert anything in these areas.
If you are still experiencing issues, try resetting your Pixel Buds.
      - Try all 3 sizes to find the most comfortable tip that provides the best audio performance. A tight seal gives you better sound and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. Confirm that the proper eartip size is selected for optimal audio quality.
      - Check the placement of your phone, particularly in outdoor scenarios, since it may affect Bluetooth connection.
      - Lastly, you may try resetting your Pixel Buds Pro. Keep in mind that resetting the Pixel Buds and case will reset all their settings. This includes the name of the device and preferences for enabling/disabling features. To reset, simply follow the steps using this link: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/9642886

If the issue is persistent, you may speak to any of our support specialists by visiting us at the Pixel Buds Pro help page here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp madebygoogle

My expectations were exceeded with these for a few reasons. The first is the way they deal with multiple devices. I work on a Mac but have a Pixel phone. The switching is pretty seamless and intelligent. Second is the comfort. I was expecting to take these out here and there but because of the audio pass through and eartip sizes. Great sound and I am excited for the spatial audio feature coming for pixel phone users. Pairing on all my devices iPad, Android, Mac PC all super easy. The buds themselves seem to have a good battery life but I have found the battery case to drain quite frequently.

Great buds for a pixel user

Firstly, great sound for a pair of true wireless earbuds. Not overly bassy like most on the market, a nice clean sound like what it should be. Also multipoint and wireless charging are really nice convenient features that allowthis to be more of a one size fits all thing. Speaking of size, these have a shape that might seem odd at first but works really well. Fits perfectly once you get the hang of it. ANC is another big feature with these buds and they work pretty well in my opinion. Not groundbreaking but still very solid, especially because it does not really stick put of the ear that much. Overall a very good bud for people who have an android, but work especially well with the pixel 6 or 7 series.

Was little skeptical on the overall sound quality as I use air pods pro, but these ear buds are on par with air pods pro in terms of quality and noise cancellation, battery life is exceptionally good and these fit really well, though I’m using iPhone the noise cancellation/other controls from the ear pods work extremely well. Really impressed with the sound quality and happy with the purchase.

It works perfectly with my pixel 7 pro and I've never had a problem while using it hands free. The battery life last around 6 hours and I've never had problems trying to connect it to my phone or new devices. The sound quality is great and I highly recommend

They are not the greatest Buds ever but they sound good and their touch commands are on point. The wireless noise cancelling is really good and helps me to concentrate better. The only downside is the controlling app is not as versatile as Samsung. It needs its own app with various tools to set up better. On average the battery last around 6 hours constantly using them by listening to music and videos.

Hi there, Ponch. Thanks for your time sharing your thoughts on the Pixel Buds Pro. We're happy to hear you love the sound quality, touch controls, and effective noise cancellation of the Pixel Buds Pro! Those are definitely some of their key strengths. The 6-hour battery life with constant use is within our expected range, but keep in mind things like volume level and noise cancellation can affect it. We recommend checking out the battery saving features in the app for longer listening sessions. So much better than I expected. The sound quality is very solid. Great mids and deep bass but not overwhelming. The design is a little odd but are surprisingly comfortable. Noise cancelling is good enough, not S tier like Bose or Sony but does the job. These buds work great with the Pixel phone which I have but they're still really easy to integrate with any Android. Definitely a slept on product
