These really are nothing to write home about. I returned mine. The software features are great, namely integrated Google assistant with notification readoff. The fit is good not great. The reason I returned them was because they were worse than my Galaxy Buds Pro Gen 1. The wind isolation and noise cancellation were extremely subpar, and that's why they went back!

Hi there, Veena. Thank you for sharing your feedback on the new Pixel Buds Pro. We're sorry to hear that the Active Noise Cancellation feature didn't meet your expectations.

Your Pixel Buds come with medium eartips pre-attached and include small and large ear tips to ensure a better fit. Since ears are unique, your left ear may differ from your right ear. We recommend trying different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal provides better sound and isolation, even when using the Transparency mode. If you are not getting the audio quality you expect, try using the bigger eartips. To swap eartips, simply pull the attached eartip off and press the other eartip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure it is properly attached.

Hello Ms1232, Thanks for posting your concerns about your Pixel Buds Pro when it comes to the quality of the materials and the fit in your ear. Please know that aside from the pre-attached medium eartips, it also comes with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. We recommend trying different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. If you still feel any discomfort with the fit, we advise that you remove the Pixel Buds Pro from your ear and reach out to our support specialists so we can help you with finding a better resolution. Google does software, not hardware. I have had issues with the buds easily falling out. I have tried all 3 sizes with different combinations to no avail. The software experience is great but the design fails.

Sound Great But ANC is Terrible

I love the new EQ. I can them to sound exactly how I want. They aren't the most comfortable earbuds I've owned but they aren't the worst. I can only do a couple hours before they are fatiguing. I appreciate the small carrying case. I like that they have wireless charging. They look nice. But the ANC is terrible. I have earbuds that cost 1/4 the price and have way better ANC. It feels like ANC from 2 or 3 generations ago where it only cuts out really low consistent frequencies. You will hear everything else perfectly. Zero dampening of office chatter. My $60 eaebuds do it so Google does not get a pass here. If you dont care about ANC, it's a good buy. But if ANC is important, it's a good bye. Especially for $200.

Below-average headphones: they do not hold firmly inside the ear, keep coming out if I move. A few times, they just randomly disconnect from one device that I was listening to and connect to another that is not active. This is super annoying. I wish BestBuy allowed to return purchases after 15 days. Would definitely return it.
