Google wouldnt replace it with their 1 year warranty. Second pixel buds that died on me less than a year after purchase. I'm done with them.

Multi device support works really well. I use them on my laptop and my phone and it seamlessly switches between them based on call/videos. Volume controls are easy as well.

After a few minutes on the call, the other bud would drop out too. Things I did to fix it (that didn't work): - disconnect, reset buds, reconnect - update Pixel Buds App, update firmware - confirmed that my phone (S21 Ultra) works with other earbuds - it does - returned buds to BestBuy and replaced with a new pair. The issue was the same with the replacement. - Contacted Google support and spent an hour chatting with them without success. My case was escalated.

Posted .Hi Sonny, thanks for your feedback on Pixel Buds Pro. We’re sorry to hear they don’t fit well, and that it activates touch control when you’re trying to wear them back. If you find yourself not wanting to use the Google Pixel Buds’ touch controls for your earbuds, you can turn them off. When you turn off touch controls, the Pixel Buds won't respond to any touches or taps, but you can still get hands-free help from your Google Assistant and say "Hey Google". You can turn off touch controls from your phone or ask the Google Assistant.
From the phone:
- On a Pixel phone with Android 10+: Go to the phone’s Settings > Connected devices > Pixel Bud's settings.
- On other Android devices: Open the Google Pixel Buds app.
- Tap Touch controls.
- To turn off touch controls, tap the toggle button.
Through the Google Assistant:
- You can say "Hey Google, turn off touch controls".
Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance.Since every ear is unique, it’s not always possible to get a perfect seal, and audio can “leak” in from outside. You can't pick and choose what you want to restore from your backups. I returned the Pixel 7 Pro and the watch. I wish Google had a similar app to Samsung's Smart Switch!
