If they are on sale they are a good deal but the noise cancelation is a bit iffy. The lower frequencies are blocked out but many of the higher ones slip through, for example vacuums. The bass is good though and the eq is pretty easy to mess with

Hi there, NicH. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear the noise cancellation feature didn't meet your expectations.

Your Pixel Buds Pro comes pre-attached with medium eartips with extra small and large ear tips that you can try out. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached eartip off and press the other eartip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached.

Your Pixel Buds Pro also comes with Custom Equalizer (EQ) settings too. You can use sliders to adjust five different frequency bands and save your preferred settings. You can also choose one of the presets, like "Heavy bass" as a starting point. You can learn more about this feature using this help link: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/12045780

I bought these for my husband and he loves using them. He really enjoys using them for everything from listening to podcasts, the noise cancelling features while he mows the yard, and for work meetings as well.

The latest generation of Pixel buds are light years better than the first ones. Bass, clarity, volume all improved to nearly the point of perfection. Very impressive.

Great quality ear pieces, like how you can switch from transparency to noise cancelling with just a touch and how you can control the earbuds from an app too.

High quality headphones with a nice design. The earbuds themselves feel secure while exercising and I've worn them for a long period and not had any discomfort. Transparency mode is fine, but definitely is lacking compared to other headphones with similar features. Battery life on the buds are fine, but the charging case needs to be charged more than I would have expected. The only gripe I have with them is that sometimes they have difficulty connecting when I first open the case and will need me to try multiple times. Could be my phone (Galaxy S22 Ultra) or the buds, but it's a small enough issue that I still use them.

Hi David, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that you like the quality and design on the new Pixel Buds Pro.

If charging your Pixel Buds Pro seems longer than usual, we recommend trying out some troubleshooting below to try and fix the charging problems:
      - Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and within the case.
      - If they have not successfully retained a charge, try a factory reset.
      - For wireless charging: Try realigning the case on the charging surface.

If you haven't tried yet, resetting your Pixel Buds Pro may be helpful with the connectivity issue. Resetting the Pixel Buds and case will reset all their settings. This includes the name of the device and preferences for enabling/disabling features.
      - Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and forget Google Pixel Buds.
      - Plug the charging case into a power source using the included USB-A to USB-C cable.
      - Ensure the Pixel Buds are seated within the charging case and leave the charging case open.
      - Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case for 30 seconds.
      - When the earbuds status light (for Google Pixel Buds, this is the light inside the opened case) stops bouncing, let go of the pairing button.
      - The earbuds status light will blink white and orange until the reset is complete, and then start bouncing white. Your Google -Pixel Buds will be reset and should be ready to pair immediately.
      - You will need to forget and re-pair any other devices Pixel Buds were paired with.

Sounds is decent, noise cancelling is good, fitment is similar to a lot of high end earbuds. Which I seem to have trouble with finding the right buds for me. If fitment hasn't been a trouble for you then I'd definitely try these out. Especially for the money.

Hello Spangy, thanks for sharing your insights about the Pixel Buds Pro. We appreciate you for pointing out some features you like, and we hear your concerns about comfort and fit.

We've balanced the weight of the Pixel Buds Pro so that they stay in your ear without the stabilizer. We’ve moved the center of gravity closer to the ear canal, and have developed an ear tip fit test to make sure that you select the correct ear tip size for optimal stability and seal. That said, If you want to consider trying out the Pixel Buds Pro in the future, we recommend trying out all 3 ear tip sizes to find the most comfortable tip for you, and ensure that you get the best comfort and seal. The Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. And to swap eartips, simply pull the attached eartip off and press the other eartip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached.

good headphones sound cancelling and quality is decent and the multipoint connect is a great feature. But one of the main reasons I got these headphones is because of google assistant however sometimes it doesn't work that well.

Hi, AlexL! Thanks for your feedback. We're happy to know that you like the Pixel Buds Pro especially its sound cancelling feature and sound quality. We're sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with the Google Assistant on your Pixel Buds Pro not working sometimes.

You can try these troubleshooting steps that might help resolve your concern:
      - Make sure that Google Assistant is on and can recognize your voice by using the steps in Access Google Assistant with your voice.

      Additionally, try the following:
      - Put your Pixel Buds in the charging case.
      - Restart your device and wait five minutes after restarting.
      - If the Assistant still doesn't activate, take your Pixel Buds out of the charging case and confirm that they are connected to your device.
      - Go to your device's settings > Apps and then Assistant > See all Assistant settings > Devices > Pixel Buds.
      - Turn on Say "Hey Google".

If the issue persists even after trying the steps above, we suggest contacting our support team anytime so we can check and assist you. Reach us here: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/gethelp madebygoogle

I previously had the Google pixel a-series buds and these are far superior. Better control of how I want my music to sound like. The noise cancelling is amazing. Just turning it on and off you can tell the difference.

Full disclosure I'm not an audiophile. For me the audio quality will almost always be good ebough unless the device has really crappy audio. That being said functionality wise these are pretty great, specially paired with a Pixel phone, I have the Pixel 7 Pro. Only reason this doesn't have 5 starts in my opinion is the battery life. I would say is not even average, I'd call it subpar. These are 200$ plus headphones and I have having to charge them everycouple of days. Very disappointing. My previous earbud, which I still own after a couple of years of use, are Soundcore, cost me less than 100$ and I can go without charging them for over a week. I almost gave them 3 stars but honestly the good quality and all the cool funtionalities get it to 4 stars

I received my pre-order this afternoon and I have to say these are great earbuds; assuming you are using an Android device. I have a problem buying headphones (Galaxy Buds Pro, Buds 2, Sennheiser Momentum 3, and AirPods Max) and I'm liking these the best so far. There is already a firmware update as well (Android phone required). Multipoint is working great between my 3 devices (Galaxy S22 Ultra, 16" MacBook Pro, and iPad Air G5). While there is no type C cable or charger in the box; I use a wireless charger so it is not an issue for me. I recommend them for Android users.

Been absolutely happy so far- I own the pixel buds -A as well and these do sone better. The noise canceling is noticiable. Sometimes it doesnt disconnect from Blue tooth when it's back in its case, but that may be a normal blu-tooth issues

The audio quality is perfectly fine. The gesture controls are easy to remember and use. However, the ANC is lacking. It really doesn't cancel much noise, especially when it comes to voices and keyboard typing, which is the main thing I want to block out when I'm in the office. I have tired all of the eartips that come with it.
