Really love these! I didn't try the previous versions, but a huge selling point was the ability to track them. The noise cancelling isn't great. The fit is so-so for my small ears. I feel like it doesn't sit well in my ear like cheaper brands that are large buds haha! I have the pixel pro 7, and of course they connected easily to my Lenovo yoga laptop and HP Spectre work laptop. The case battery lasts a while but charges really slow. 4/5 from me!

Hello there, I3isucje! We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying your new Pixel Buds Pro. However, we apologize for any inconvenience you're experiencing with the active noise cancellation feature, slow charging times, and the fit of the earbuds.

To address the fit of your Pixel Buds Pro, we recommend trying different sizes of eartips to find the best fit for your ears. Each ear is unique, so it's possible that you may require different-sized eartips for each ear. A tight seal is crucial for better sound, noise cancellation, and microphone performance. If you're not satisfied with the fit or experiencing audio or call quality issues, we suggest trying larger eartips. To swap eartips, simply pull the attached eartip off and press the other eartip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure it's securely attached.

Regarding the charging times, a 5-minute charge of the earbuds in the charging case provides up to 1 hour of listening time or up to 50 minutes of talk time. For a 10-minute charge of the earbuds in the wireless charging case, you can enjoy up to 2 hours of listening time or up to 1 hour of talk time. If you're not achieving the expected charging and battery life performance with your Pixel Buds Pro, we recommend contacting our Pixel Buds support team for further assistance. Good sound quality, but without the in ear hook of the A series it has a hard time staying in ear

Hey there, MatthewH. We appreciate that you like the sound quality of the Pixel Buds Pro. We hear your concern on how they would stay in your ear. We’ve balanced the weight of the Pixel Buds Pro so they can stay in your ear without the stabilizer arc. We’ve moved the center of gravity closer to the ear canal, and have developed an ear tip fit test to make sure you select the correct ear tip size for optimal stability and seal. Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. Check this link for more details: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/7573099

Hello Brandon, we’re glad to hear your feedback that the Pixel Buds Pro have great sound, but we’re sorry to learn that they don’t fit well for you.

We’ve balanced the weight of the Pixel Buds Pro so that they stay in your ear without the stabilizer. We’ve moved the center of gravity closer to the ear canal, and have developed an ear tip fit test to make sure that you select the correct ear tip size for optimal stability and seal. Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance.Since every ear is unique, it’s not always possible to get a perfect seal, and audio can “leak” in from outside. With Silent Seal™, Pixel Buds Pro can adapt to the shape of your ear and adjust Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to compensate, so you can fully immerse yourself in music or clearly hear your video call. Great fitment and pretty slick looking. I previously used the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro for the past year and as someone with a small ear canal, I have always had issues finding ear buds that fit. I could not use the Galaxy Buds Pro for more than 30 minutes without a feeling of discomfort as I would have to force them in and twist to get a good seal. The Pixel Buds Pro fit seamlessly and seem to be designed to have you insert and twist to get that better audio seal. One large feature the Pixel Buds Pro are currently lacking is the voice detection ANC at the time of me writing this review. The Galaxy Buds Pro had a feature where it would detect that you were talking and would temporarily disable your ANC and enable transparent mode so you could seamlessy switch from a quiet music environment into a regular conversation. After a set amount of time without you talking it would switch back to ANC mode. That is a feature I find very handy and to be expected at the price point of $200. That said, the Pixel Buds Pro may add this feature down the line. Once I had my Pixel Buds out of the box and setup, there was a firmware update that enabled a low-EQ setting to make audio sound better at a lower volume. If they were to add voice detection ANC , I would easily give this 5 stars.
