Sound quality is good but these are not loud enough and they always fall out of my ears. Samsung's are the best imo.

Hello there, AlluriP. Thanks for sharing your feedback about your Google Pixel Buds Pro. We’re glad that you like the sound quality, but we're sorry to hear that your experience with the device was less than ideal.

We recommend trying out all 3 ear tip sizes for each ear to find the most comfortable tip for you. Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. A tight seal gives you better sound and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached ear tip off and press the other ear tip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached.

If you need any help in the future, please don't hesitate to contact us on our Google Pixel Buds Help page here: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds madebygoogle

They are good quality and connect quickly to my pixel fold. I am impressed with how well they work within the ecosystem, but sound quality overall could be better. It certainly isn't bad by any stretch, but I've heard better.

Phenomenal earbuds. Up there with all the rest! Would recommend buying over any earbuds. Excited to see what else they can do as Google rolls out additional updates.

I've had these over a month and they are great. I am still struggling with the occasional earbud falling out. I tried the Jabra 7 pro and the noise canceling on the Google buds is far superior.

The earbuds were good and the sound quality and noise canceling was good, but they didn't stay in my ears great. There was also a weird bussing sound whenever you put pressure on them.

Hi, BraydenV! Thanks for your feedback. We're glad to know that you're enjoying your Google Pixel Buds Pro and you find its quality and noise cancelling features good.

If the buds produce unwanted noises when inserting the buds into your ear, this may be caused by sweat, liquids, or build up in the snout of the earbud. Clean your Google Pixel Buds and ensure your ears are dry to help prevent the unwanted noises. Clean your Google Pixel Buds: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/9112670

I love these earbuds. They can be a bit finicky to begin with for the proper fit. But i find these to be the best android earbuds. I tried multiple other ones. And these ones are the ones ive stuck with.

Hey there, Detroit. Thank you for sharing your concern about the fit of your Google Pixel Buds Pro. We're sorry to hear that your experience so far with the fit was less than ideal. Since you’re not getting a perfect fit with our silicone eartips, memory foam eartips might be ideal for you, which can also improve their sound quality. We suggest contacting your retailer for product inquiries. Leaving off a star for the lack of the silicone eartips - but beggars can't be choosers, as dear old nana used to say. Other than that, fantastic deal from BestBuy as usual!

I bought the original pixel buds in 2020. Was on the fence about buying these and saw them on sale. I'm so glad I got them. The noise cancelling features are amazing. Being able to turn them, noise cancelling, on and off with a press is so critical. I can hear when I want, and can block out distractions when I don't. They do an amazing job and sound quality is great. I'm not an audio nerd, so I don't know if the lows, highs, mids or whatever people may analyze are... But they get the job done well for me.

I thought these would work better with my Google Pixel 7. They do but it's definitely not worth the price. First of all, they're way to big to ever fit comfortably in my ear regardless of what tip I use. I randomly lose sound quality. The mic doesn't work very well for calls. There's nothing really astonishing about them and certainly nothing that would warrant them being $200.
